Stayed Aug 16, 2025Filthy. Had to clean it myself before I let my grandchild touch anything bbq caught fire was filthy full of grease. That’s the kitchen garbage can. Countertops had to be cleaned coffee and coffee stains all over and sticky.

Stayed Jul 19, 2025I would definitely stay here again, the only two criticisms I would have is 1. Some of the beds were pretty firm, like very hard. So I would just bring a mattress topper if you need a soft bed. 2. the main entry stairs are a little dangerous. however, as stated in other reviews, the side stairs are adequate and well built. They just need to put a landing in the entry stairs.However, the layout of this place is absolutely amazing, the views of the ocean are fantastic. Sandbridge is a quiet area so you’re not gonna like walk to a restaurant, but the beaches are not crowded. It is a true five bedroom four bathroom house. The access to the beach is fantastic. Overall great place.
