This spacious home comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests across 3 double bedrooms (one with ensuite), and a twin room, and includes two additional communal bathrooms, making it as practical as it is inviting. A brand new, fully equipped kitchen makes mealtimes abreeze, while the sunroom offers a bright, peaceful space to unwind with a morning coffee or evening glass of wine. Upstairs, a newly added TV room provides a cozy space for movie nights or quiet downtime.

Absolutely no parties or events are permitted at this property. Our neighbours have been instructed to contact us at any time of the night if they observe a party taking place. If we are notified of a party, guests will be required to leave immediately.

3 Bathrooms: 1 ground floor ensuite, 1 family bathroom on the ground floor and 1 toilet upstairs. 







Check-in is from 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM.

Early check-in and late check-out can be requested during booking, but may be cancelled if we have a same-day arrival or departure. If cancelled, any extra fee will be fully refunded.

Your Stay Will Include:

Fresh bed linen and towels, and complimentary hand soap.

We do not provide toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner or body wash, or hairdryers, so please bring your own.

You will also have 24/7 host access. Please note that a €100 physical call-out fee applies between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM for issues that are not our responsibility, such as lost keys or party complaints. Fee does not apply to phone calls.

Families & Children:

Children and babies are welcome, but please note that our properties are not childproof. We do not provide stair gates, cupboard locks or other child safety equipment.

We do not provide baby cots or highchairs, but guests are welcome to bring their own. Adult supervision is required at all times, particularly around stairs, open fires and outdoor areas.

Please Bring:

Firewood or logs, toiletries and any baby or child safety equipment you require. We do not provide cots, highchairs, stair gates or hairdryers.

Please note that we cannot provide compensation for temporary TV or internet outages.

Pets:

This property is pet-friendly. Pets are not allowed on furniture or in bedrooms. Please ensure all pet waste and traces are fully removed before departure. Additional cleaning charges may apply in cases of excessive mess or damage caused by pets.
