Stately Park Ave. Century Home - Sleeps 6!

Absolutely beautiful. Clean. Great night sleep. Everything you need at your hands. Beautiful area. Fantastic bakery in walking distance. Short drive to Strong hospital. We stayed 2 nights with, my grandchildren (2&4), my sister's, my father and my sons family. Plenty of room! Highly recommend! The host was excellent with communications throughout the stay.

Great! Just a little confusion on door access. Everything was tidy and clean.

Clean house, host was very responsive, kitchen was perfect for cooking. Had a wonderful time.

This house was a dream to stay in, very tidy and much larger than we even imagined! Cheryl was quick to communicate, and we felt supported the whole time we were there. A beautiful location, within easy walking distance of local cafe's and restaurants. Make sure you walk by the local Frank Lloyd Wright house just 2 blocks away.

This property is perfect for a stay in Paris. We are a family of 6 traveling together and we have 3 spacious bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The apartment decor is lovely with beautiful parquet floors, molding and stunning windows. The air conditioning is a savior because we are visiting during a heat wave. The location is convenient with the metro right outside our door, a short walk to the Louvre and to the Seine. We had breakfast in the apartment everyday by bringing back croissants and coffee so everyone could eat and get ready at their own pace. The hosts were attentive and response to all communication. Check was in easy. I highly recommend this property for your stay in Paris.

I’m so pleased as was everyone else. We loved the house and all it had to offer. The neighborhood is so nice. The kitchen is a great size. The night life just down the street is amazing. We just loved the communication with the host. Always checked in on us always made sure we were okay. I’d give it a 10 out of 10. I’ll be back.

Our host Cheryl was extremely accommodating and communicative when we booked the home last minute. The property was well-stocked, clean, and comfortable. The house is only blocks away from amazing restaurants and close to everything you could want to do in Rochester. I would highly recommend it and will absolutely be coming back next time we visit.

We all enjoyed our stay. We could walk all over town, great restaurants, just everything! We were also 5 minutes from our work location.The house is huge! It took me two days to find the bathroom on first floor and 3 days to find the laundry room. It was wonderful!

The home was very nice, very clean, and well appointed. The location is in a great part of town, but the noisy traffic in front of the house was terrible. Unable to sleep.

Park Ave is a great location. It easy to walk to restaurants and shops. It is the cultural heart of the city!

Me and my family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautifully preserved Mansion in a great location. My Grandson enjoyed learning to navigate stairs and playing hide n seek in the house. Would stay here again on our next trip home. Thank you for being an excellent host.

Everything met or exceeded expectations. Home is as advertised. No issues at all. Home was clean and comfortable. Property manager checked in us to make sure all needs were met.

Nice place. Very close to a ton of good restaurants and shops. Only problem is that there is a bit of road noise being next to a major road.

The property is even nicer and more spacious than it looked in the pictures. It was a very liveable house. Cheryl, the host, was extremely responsive!

Really enjoyed walking the dog in the neighborhood around this house. Frank Lloyd Wright house is among the mansions and unique architecture of these houses. Great accommodations!

We really enjoyed checking out all the beautiful little details throughout the place. Lots of cozy nooks, great dining spaces and living room. Great host, everything was clean and ready to go. Highly highly recommended!

We rented the house to attend a memorial service in Rochester. Everything worked out great. The house has tons of space for a family of five. Very clean very well organized, more comfortable than a hotel room. Kitchen was well equipped. Easy to check in and check out. All good. The only downside is that it is on a busier road and the traffic noise is more than a quiet suburban street. We got used to it pretty quickly. Otherwise all good!

Our family of four stayed in this lovely home during our son’s college graduation and move out weekend. House had plenty of room for extended family who ultimately were unable to make the trip. Even though this home is older, it is well kept and has had updates to kitchen and bathrooms. Beds were comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed to cook “ at home” rather than eat out for every meal. The only negative we experienced was road noise while trying to sleep which was solved by downloading a white noise app to our phones. We enjoyed exploring the many rooms and collections and taking a walk around the beautiful neighborhood. Much better option than a hotel who all seem to jack up the prices for RIT fall parent weekend or spring graduation/move out

Beautiful comfortable property! Walking distance to popular restaurants. As a result the nearby intersection can be busy on weekend evenings.
