Private luxury apartment in the heart of the city

This property was such great choice! Perfect space for 2 people. Had all the amenities of home including Netflix, which made it way better than a hotel. So clean, so comfy and beautifully decorated! Highly recommend this rental!

Great location. Walking distance to the ballpark and Genessee brew house. Also a short drive to many upstate NY nature destinations such as the Finger Lakes region. Thoroughly enjoyed this trip.

This stay was ideal. Not only was the Corn Hill neighborhood charming and quiet, but the rental was lovely. Immaculate accommodations, top of the line EVERYTHING (from cooking appliances - Vitamix and Cuisinart in the kitchen, to Pantene and fluffy towels in the shower, to a nice antique bedframe, I loved it all. Within walking distance (around 20 minutes) to East Ave where The Neighborhood Of The Arts begins. If you get a chance, check out the home decor and floral shop Arena, and try to book a table at Redd for a phenomenal dinner!

We had great stay. The apartment was quiet and comfortable and well appointed. The location is convenient to everything. Margaret was very helpful and accomodating!

This location is very comfortable and clean. This was our second stay at the location. Very private and has everything we needed and more! Will book this property again without hesitation. The host is very nice and pleasant to deal with!

Better than a hotel room in the city. Host met us in check in and walked us though, then we had the place. Lower level of a beautiful brick home. Only complaint could be that there was no Kleenex or garbage bag in the kitchen, but I think those were just minor oversights of the cleaning team.

The host was superb! She lives on the property, but you would never know. She was super informative yet not intrusive. The apartment is a 5 star in every conceivable sense (location, amenities). This property is highly recommended!

We were in Rochester for three nights and opted for this apartment for its central location and historic neighborhood. So glad that we did. The apartment was perfect in every way. Tastefully decorated, comfortable furniture, very comfortable bed, and absolutely everything one might need in a kitchen. There were little touches that made us feel welcome, such a cozy bathrobes and fresh flowers. Communications with the owner was easy. I highly recommend this apartment!

The lodging was beautiful-- clean, comfortable and nice furniture, stocked kitchen, comfortable bed! We enjoyed our stay as we were visiting our daughter for parents at the University.
