We are always available by text, email or phone call. And we have a property manager nearby who can address anything that comes up. There was an extensive upgrade in 2022.
Just as I hoped, a classic shore property, cedar shakes, beautiful hardwood floors, cool nights, awesome porches and great views of the Thames river as it meets Long Island Sound. Typical quirks you love about a classic wooden house, charming and comfy. We hosted our adult children, my sisters and Brothers in law, and friends, for varying periods over our month long stay. We had up to 10 people at a time and it was very accommodating. We loved the grill being just adjacent to the kitchen on the deck, we had a couple pizzas on the grill nights, grilled fresh swordfish and salmon. convenient to sites in Mystic, Essex, Old Lyme, Groton, Watch Hill RI, Newport RI. Oh and we lost count of how many US Navy Subs we saw sailing past our porch! The beach just down the block was a joy, not crowded (except 4th of July weekend), pretty clear water. Altogether a peaceful, relaxing place to spend some time!
