Coastal Gem with Water View and Private Dock

Best of the Best! And here is why:The hosts (Carrie & Jon) were so gracious and responsive, and their good taste and caring was reflected in the property itself, which was bright, sparkling clean, very comfortable, with all amenities, not to mention a beautiful view of the water!Specifically,1) Great layout of kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms; easy to settle in right away2) Kitchen was well-equipped (seriously!!)3) Bedrooms were bright, beds were VERY comfortable, with spacious bathrooms4) Appliances were high quality5) Location and view as well as access to the water were delightful; there is a fenced in yard, which we found to be perfect for our 2-year old toddler and small dog; plus, there is a “put-in” for the kayaks (which were equipped with paddles and life vests)6) The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful.On top of all that, Carrie & Jon provided an amazing and thoughtful welcome experience. We were there to celebrate my mom's 80th birthday and the hosts had a birthday banner up and left beautiful flowers along with a nice note, bottle of wine, delicious bread from a local bakery, and some dog treats. As someone who creates special moments like this for corporate customers I really appreciated their care and attention to detail.There are not enough stars to award this property; we HIGHLY recommend!

What a beautiful property overlooking the water. The house was well appointed and had everything you needed or wanted. We enjoyed kayaking, playing cornhole, playing cards at night, barbecuing, walking at sunset to the small beach. It was close in proximity to Mystic, vineyards, and Mohegan Sun for day trips. It was a wonderful weekend and would stay there definitely again.

Absolutely beautiful property and perfect in every way! The hosts didn’t miss a beat with all of the amenities that make it a true home away from home. And the sunrises from the back yard are as good as they get!
