Spanning four levels with elevator access to the third floor, this spacious retreat features five bedrooms, four full baths, and two half baths, comfortably accommodating up to 10 guests.

The main living room on the third floor offers a bright, open-concept layout with a gourmet kitchen, a cozy living room with a 50 TV, and access to a private deck with a natural gas BBQ and outdoor hot tub, perfect for relaxing after a day on the mountain. This level also includes a master suite with a jacuzzi tub.

The top floor features two additional master suites, each with a king bed, providing privacy and comfort for couples or families.

The second level is designed for entertainment, including a game room with foosball, a card table, and a mini pool table, plus a theater-style TV room with surround sound.

The ground level includes convenient ski racks, a half bath, and elevator access.

Additional highlights include high-speed Wi-Fi, three master suites, and ample parking for up to three vehicles.

Parking: Maximum of 3 vehicles (2 garages, 1 driveway). Parking permits are provided; fines may occur if they are not displayed.
No Parties / No Pets / No Smoking or Vaping: Events or gatherings exceeding occupancy are not permitted.
Quiet Hours: 9 PM – 8 AM. Guests are asked to avoid excessive noise to maintain neighborhood peace.
Responsible Guest: Primary renter must be at least 25 years old and provide a photo ID, credit card, and signed rental agreement before check-in.
Winter Weather Advisory
During winter, driving restrictions may be enforced, requiring chains or a 4WD vehicle. We strongly recommend purchasing trip insurance for peace of mind.

    This house is amazing and was an exceptional location for skiing in and out. Fully stocked with all the must haves. You can watch the stagecoach chair lift from the dining room!

    Exceptional comms w property managers, like having your own ski lodge right on the slippers, and best part was it came with a super clean hot tub!

    Overall a good place, we stayed during a hot spell but great ventilation and wasn't too bad. This is obviously a winter location, not summer. We had two elderly people with us, this the elevator was a necessity. Wasn't working when we arrived, Lake Tahoe Accomodations was right on it on a Sunday but only partially worked. This presented an issue when we arrived and had a very awkward walk up the stairs (4 floor condo). No issues with Lake Tahoe Accomodations they did everything they could but never really got fixed the entire stay. So, don't count on the elevator. There were a lot of complaints about the kitchen not being staffed with everthing but we worked through it. Bed linens were bad. Overall a great location but for the money would expect a little more investment in the furniture, linens, kitchen supplies and wifi. Will be back to Tahoe but not this unit. Lake Tahoe Accomodations was very good. Couldn't ask for more from them.

    Excellent Ski in/Ski out property at Heavenly Ski Resort. Plenty of beds for a large group. Very comfortable, Very convenient location. Make sure you take the owners message about having a 4WD vehicle to access the property.

    Amazing home and a fantastic place to be for skiing during the Blizzard of 2024. We enjoyed every minute of it and were fortunate that Stagecoach was open on Friday. Plus the snow blowing/snow removal on Saturday, during a huge dump, allowed us to get out relatively on time... Lake Tahoe Accommodations does a great job communicating. Cheers to them.

    I booked this property for myself and 9 friends and it couldn't have been more ideal! Plenty of sleeping space, bathrooms, and a great living/hang out area. The hottub and views were amazing. The neighborhood was quiet and secluded. The property management was easy to communicate with and everything was seamless during our stay!

    We are a combined group of kids, grandkids, and grandparents who travel quite a bit together. This was one of our favorite trips. The accommodations were perfect for the number of people (14) in our group. There is a very nice kids (cousins) are with games, television, and foosball where all their beds were located. The noise was very contained yet within hearing distance of the kitchen located on the third floor. All enjoyed the ability to get kids dressed with ski boots etc. then walk outside, put on skis and ski down the hill to the Stage Coach lift. (ages 7-13). The kitchen was adequately supplied, but we would have liked a Keurig! All beds were comfortable and the house stayed nice and warm. Extra towels for hot tub use would have been helpful. Otherwise we could not have found a more perfect place with a better skiing arrangement.

    Perfect ski in ski out location right on Stagecoach Run. House was plenty big for 2 families with game area for our teenagers. We highly recommend this property if you want ease to be on the mountain!!

    Great property and ideal location for ski in and ski out by stagecoach lift! House had plenty of room for the 12 of us and we enjoyed the living space and kitchen.
