St Augustine 'Island Cottage' - Walk to Beach

Great set up with garage entry for wet pups. Beach items provided. Even towels. Being cooksThe kitchen was missing some minor items ( spatulas) had one. Would have love a muffin tin. But we loved the setup and the host was amazing We told him he was out of something and it was delivered ( bandaids ) not expected. Quite impressive. Plan on return visit

This house is fantastic! Super clean, quiet neighborhood, just a few minutes to the beach! You are also within minutes to restaurants and stores. The house itself is roomy and clean. The beds are comfy and the kids room is great. The kitchen is stocked well with both cooking utensils as well as pots and pans. Everything you need to cook while you are there. This is the best place for a quiet and relaxing stay.

Such a great beach house and it’s close to everything. It’s located in between two beach access points. We ended up renting bikes and riding everywhere! The Beds were comfortable and the kitchen very well stocked!

It was a great an experience and we will definitely comeback and book the home again if it’s available the next year.

We had a fantastic stay at this property! Mark was a great communicator. The home was spotless, the beds were super comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. It was the perfect place to relax with our group. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

My family and I were thrilled with this place! Mark went above and beyond to ensure we had a great Thanksgiving time together. Location is quiet, safe, near the beach and a quick drive to the old city. The house is super clean, cute, comfortable and well-furnished. Beds were comfortable, water pressure was great, AC worked great. The little backyard area is fenced in and had many chairs to chill with our little dog (poop bags even provided)! The garage is clean and many amenities (beach chairs and toys, cooler, 2 nice bikes) are available for use. The beach is only a short distance away, and is gorgeous and HUGE. We loved walking there, but biking there is even easier. We loved the little Cuban restaurant/bakery down the road, and were happy there was a Dollar General there and a Winn Dixie not far away also. Getting downtown was a cinch, and we went there a couple times. Mark was so kind—he made sure we had ample dishes, baking dishes, cookie sheets, pots, pans, etc. to do all the cooking we did! The living room area has a nice new giant couch so everyone can be there while some are in the adjacent kitchen cooking. Mark set up another table adjacent to the first so we could all sit together for meals. He even provided an autumn-themed tablecloth for us! In short, we thought this was a great house for our needs, for a good value, with an awesome host. We thoroughly enjoyed it and would happily stay here again in the future.

The home was clean, spacious, and close to the beach. We really enjoyed our stay!
