Spring Training, Heated Pool, Big Yard, Grill, Quiet Neighborhood

What a lovely vacation home in a nice quiet neighborhood! Very clean, spacious, accommodating for all our needs. I really appreciated the extras like sparkling water in the refrigerator, stocked coffee and tea, cream, small snack basket. The heated pool was delightful. We enjoyed the backyard space, grilled and watched some amazing Arizona sunsets. We will be back. Thank you to the great hosts.

We spent a long weekend in the area for my college graduation, and were so happy with our stay in this home. Everything was clean and cozy and the host responded quickly to our questions. We spent pretty all of our free time in or next to the pool, but had a couple dinners on the adorable patio. The mattresses were comfortable, and the neighborhood is quiet, so we slept great at the end of a few chaotic days full of graduation activities and sightseeing. The amenities and little extras available in the house were incredibly thoughtful! We have already talked about coming back for a trip without an itinerary just to relax in the same home again!

We had an amazing stay and can’t say enough good things about the property, They were incredibly responsive, friendly, and made the entire process smooth from start to finish. The place was spotless when we arrived, The pool was a huge highlight and the backyard space with the out door barbecue was such a treat. You can really tell the host puts a lot of care into making sure guests have a great experience.Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend!

This property was clean comfortable and exactly as described in the listing. I slept better here than I have in years. The bed was extremely comfortable and it was very quiet at night.The host was very nice and accommodating making the entire stay easy and stress free from start to finish. The pool was quite clean and warm and we spent a lot of time enjoying it. The BBQ area was also great and something we used during our stay.The location is very convenient. It is close to shopping areas and still an easy drive for sightseeing while the property itself remains peaceful and relaxing. Check in was easy parking was straightforward and we did not run into any issues during our stay.This place is perfect for couples or families looking for a quiet comfortable getaway with great amenities. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.

This home was perfect! Spacious and cozy at the same time. The yard is amazing! I could have just stayed out there for the whole visit. Everything was clean and the hosts provided way more amenities than most rentals. Communication and check in/out get an AAA. The neighborhood was quiet and nice to go for a walk. Highly recommended. I will definitely go back.

The listing for this rental was accurate to reality. Host was great and provided all necessary info for a great stay. The home was very clean and neat. We asked for the pool to be heated and was when we arrived! This home is a gem and near everything you would need or want to do. We hope to come back in the near future!

Overall the hosts were very professional. We have nothing bad to say about our stay. The home was fully stocked. There was a closet full of clean towels in different sizes. There was plenty of laundry pods for us to use. There was even some kitchen supplies and seasonings available if we did cook. The bathrooms were clean and including dove products. The pool was nice, and we opted not to heat the pool. There was an array of toys and even children’s life vests there.

We had a great time staying here. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. We didn’t really use the pool but it’s a big pool. We had overall great experience staying here.

House is amazing. Pool was the family favorite. Patio was a perfect entertaining space for all ages a great space to just sit and relax. We will be back for sure!

Pros: Check in was easy. Neighborhood is nice and quiet. Owner response was quick. Back yard was great for relaxing in the evening as it cooled down. The pool shed with all the floats and toys was great to have. I liked the layout of the house. Kitchen was fairly stocked. Cons: Upon arrival we noticed the kitchen counter had something sticky left on it, probably from a drink that was placed there. The bbq grill was dirty from the last person that used it. It’s fine, I cleaned it myself. But after paying a cleaning fee I don’t like that I have to clean things before I use them. And the owner didn’t offer to take a percent off the cleaning fee. Other areas needed attention. Stains on the ceiling, walls or door. The kitchen is fairly stocked, but could use a new set of pans. Paper products were only one roll of everything. Only a couple garbage bags to last us 7 days. The trash can was on the smaller side and had to be changed more frequently. The house rules were explicit on using provided make up wipes instead of washcloths however there were no make up wipes. And the white towels were dingy. The last two days we started finding little bugs in the house. In the bedroom, entry to the living room. Overall: Just okay. If this house had a deep clean, upgraded kitchenware, towels and didn’t skimp on basic necessities it could be a 5 star.

We had a wonderful stay at this property for our family trip. We had three adults and children ranging from ages 1-13 yo and everyone had a great time! We were concerned about visiting Arizona in July, but the pool was just what we needed to stay cool during the day and the kids loved being able to use the pool toys and floaties that were available for us. Also, the box of toddler toys in the kids bedrooms was a nice surprise and super helpful for my little one since we could only bring a few of her toys with us.Most importantly and appreciated was the responsiveness of the hosts. When we first arrived we noticed that the previous guests had damaged the umbrellas outside so there was no shade for us under the dining tables. We contacted the hosts and they responded within a half hour and had new umbrellas delivered and set up within a couple of hours! I've never stayed at vacation rental with such considerate hosts.We would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay so much. The pool was amazing and the yard was very inviting and comfortable. Lots of space in the house and everyone thought their bed was nice and comfy! We enjoyed the television room and were able to cook our meals with ease. Would definitely come back!

We really liked this property! The house is small for cooking, but it was fine because we BBQd a lot. The rooms were spacious and clean. We loved the pool and spent much time there. We would be back!

The place was just as expected! Weather was great, price was great and communication was good!

We enjoyed our stay here for our spring break with the kids. The house had absolutely everything we needed and everything was in working order. Kids loved the pool and roasting marshmallows out back. We had a hiccup checking in but the hosts were very responsive and made up for it. The neighborhood is very quiet just as others have said, my only knock is there is a dog at the neighbors that sometimes barked at night, we turned noisemakers on and slept through it.

House was perfect for our family! Heated pool was so fun!! Having the bbq grill was a plus! So many parks/playgrounds/pickleball courts close by! We enjoyed this house so much we extended our stay. Nice neighborhood. We would love to come back someday. Many memories made

Our son is a Padres fan so we spent spring break going to Spring Training games around the Peoria area. This house was in the perfect location for gettin to the Padres field. It is a beautiful property with a fabulous pool and backyard. We could not have asked for a better set up and plan to stay here again next year!

Loved this place! Heated pool was incredible. Days watching baseball, nights firing up the grill, even sitting outside by the fire place. Convenient for groceries and other shopping. Only regret 4 days was not enough!

Lovely relaxing time!

We visited Peoria to attend a few spring training games. The house was clean and pleasant. It is located about 10 minutes away from the Peoria sports complex. My family members loved the pool. The backyard is well designed for lounging. The hosts were attentive and easy to contact. We would definitely stay here again if we go back for spring training.

This VRBO is an excellent choice for anyone visiting Phoenix! It is a wonderful property with awesome hosts. Everything was clean and professional. The house is in a great area and offers access to everything in Phoenix as well as a nice place to hang out and chill. 10/10 would recommend!

We were in A.Z to visit my sister and get some relaxation. It was our furst family vacation with our kids and my parents. My husband and i often travel alone but this time we traveled with the kids and the house was awesome we loved the pool specially the kids. The neighborhood was quiet and over all we really enjoyed the house and neighborhood. Thanks for having us.

House was equipped with everything needed, very nice outside area with pool. Very nice inside and well token care of. House is located close to good restaurants and plenty of things to do. Easy and smooth communication with the host during our trip.

My husband and I came to AZ for a quick work trip of his. The house was plenty of space for the two of us, and we loved having the pool all to ourselves. The yard is great with shade and plenty of furniture out back. It was also nice to have the separate tv space to relax in the evening and cool down. The communication was great, easy check in and out. I would stay again and suggest the place to anyone heading to the Peoria area.
