Stayed Jun 18, 2026The location is perfect. The deck is perfect. Inside the house was a cleaned dirty. The bathrooms and kitchen are outdated and look dirty in person. There are very few necessary kitchen items and what I did use was washed first. The shower drain in the common bathroom was clogged - made shower unusable. Private shower was not used - even though I believe that it was clean, it looked very dirty. Which left only the standing shower in the shared bedrooms bathroom to use .... and the shower light was out. The ceiling fan in the king bedroom was rigged somehow with wires sticking out of the mount, fan worked, light did not. That should be checked as I feel it could be dangerous. The fan in the queen bedroom did not work but the light did. The couch was dirty - covered with a blanket to use. I did not expect perfection, I needed the space for 8 of us and thought the 3 bathrooms would be a bonus. The house was very overpriced for what we got. The house also has a decent size driveway and additional parking on the side. Another bonus. Although, Tybee Vacation Rentals requested removal of any cars other than 2. Which is ridiculous as there is parking for at least 5. The house was very overpriced for what we got. If I were the owners of such a cute house in a great location, I would make some updates and change the company who is renting the property. You could certainly request a higher daily charge as the house has a lot of potential.

Stayed Apr 25, 2026The rooms were clean, the property is cute, functional and just a five minute walk to the beach. The only things that stuck out to me was the tiled stand up shower had no place to set my shower items other than the floor and the yard looked like it could use a little maintenance, but other than that it was a nice place to stay and we’d probably stay again if we’re in the area.
