First of all, best Host ever!!!! I can't emphasize that enough. She was always available when needed, she was extremely friendly and you could tell she genuinely wanted nothing more than for her guests to have a memorable experience. The property is absolutely gorgeous!! It has everything you would want and need and more. The two levels both had full kitchens so both families basically had their own house under one structure. The pool and scenery and stars were a huge plus!!! We have a double birthday in the family, so every June we take a beach trip but decided to switch it up this year. We have family that lives here so we opted for a lake trip instead. I am so glad we did! We fell in love with Kingsland! Wonderful little town. We made some amazing memories here and will definitely be back :) Don't think, just book. Worth every penny!!!!

Vrbo reviewWhat a great place! I cannot say enough about how wonderful this spacious home with 3 levels was perfect for our large family group. The outdoor area downstairs was fabulous for gathering under cover from the sun and enjoying the refreshing pool heated just enough. There were toys for all ages so everyone was entertained including the adults with the assortment in the garage. With the doors open and fans on we all stayed cool. The three fully furnished kitchens provided plenty of equipment and space! The three living areas allowed for everyone to spread out as needed. The decor was beautiful and felt right out of a magazine! The large dining table, big bar and large island as well as the upholstered seating provided ample seating for our large family gatherings. The bedrooms were really nice with very comfortable beds. There were plenty of lovely full bathrooms with luxurious towels. There were great amenities throughout the house which were very special. The host was very welcoming and encouraged us to enjoy these wonderful accommodations with the others gathered for our family reunion.The host promptly and thoroughly answered every question and was very helpful. She went above and beyond to be sure our stay was fun and memorable!

My family stayed at this property thinking it was quality. This is a VERY basic property that needs upkeep. The carpet is filthy, 3 out of the 4 beds are platform beds low to the ground. There were bugs, no cleaning supplies. The comforter in one bedroom is torn. Very disappointed that we were charged a cleaning fee. torn. There is a patched

10/10 stay, i definitely enjoyed the home.

This property is located in a very quite area, excelent for relaxing with family. We went last Thanksgiving and spent two nights and we loved it. The kitchens (it has two) are very well equiped and everything worked well. Everything looked clean and the beds and conftable. The garage in the first floor has a ping pong table, fooseball, air jockey, and even a basketball hoop in the driveway, all in great conditions, we spent good times in that gaming area. There is a lot of space to sleep and hang out and the river is just at about 2 to 3 min away. Peggy was a great hosted and was always available for any inquires. We definitely will stay in this property again.

The location is great ! Not far from downtown / airport (IAH) perfect for what we needed ! The actual house definitely needs a lot of attention ASAP ! I have pictures of EVERYTHING I AM ABOUT TO NAME ! Really should have some type of compensation for this stay!!! All beds are literally on the floor besides the master bed room ! 1 ft off the floor .. One of the rooms was USELESS The 2by4 ply wood they had under the bed was BROKEN! 2 of the Mattress STAINED no mattress protectors on them ! Bullet hole in the bedroom window ! Wasp nest outside the back patio -MOLD / termites under bathroom sinks -showers left dirty (had to go buy cleaning products ) Toilet paper holder broke in both bathrooms upstairs ! -ROACHES! Literally running through the kitchen -dirty pots (that was cleaned I think lol) -front door DOES NOT LOCK WHEN LEAVING (we had to take all Of our important/ valuable items with us ) -Trash can look like they was ran over busted open and put back out (Cats and dogs was able to snatch trash out the bin) THE WASHER / DRYER was AWESOME ! The ONLY TV IN THE HOUSE IS DOWNSTAIRS but it’s is nice and big ! OTHER THAN THAT HOUSTON WAS GREAT HOUSE NEEDS TO BE WORKED ON. BEFORE RENTING !

Massive space, very clean, beautiful views. The pool is perfect and a short walk to a beach/river. We had a short drive to boat rental on the Lake. Guide to local attractions and all information provided as soon as booked. Easiest host I have encountered and all photos are accurate for this beautiful property. The game room is a blast and many amenities included!

Was on a guys golf trip and stayed here. Terrific for a large groups, so much space inside and out, it even has 3 kitchens! The main floor den/kitchen was a terrific space but our favorite area was the downstairs where you have ping pong/games in garage, bar/kitchen covered patio and pool. Peggy is the property manager and is super attentive/accomodating. Would definitely recommend.

Great property for a large group. Plenty of comfortable rooms, beds, linens and towels for a fun trip. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook for an army, and the dual dishwashers came in handy. Everyone loved the pool and game room which both provided hours of entertainment. The host was extremely responsive and seemed genuinely interested in ensuring we had a good time. We hope to visit again.

The house was clean and very comfortable. Everything that you could possibly need was provided. The best thing about the house is the patio! The patio is huge and held all 12 of our family and we never felt crowded at all. The pool was great and the views of the hill country were great. My grandsons caught fish in the river and then floated on tubes. We all had a ball!

Lake LBJ Sandy Beach, Pool, Family Friendly, Outside Kitchen. This sweet home away from home was the perfect destination for our annual family get together of 12. The house was big enough, with four bedrooms and plenty of sleeping spaces. The bedding and kitchen towels are all new and of very good quality. There were 2 kitchens, and both were fully equipped with kitchen utensils. We really enjoyed the main kitchen, where we cooked a lot and gathered as a family. The patio is a nice area to view the sunrise and sunset, and we saw some deer running in the open backyard. The infinity pool was a big plus for us. The family swam and reminisced about our prior family vacations. This home is highly recommended. Peggy, the property manager, is super nice and very responsive!

We were supposed to go to the beach but the tropical storm cancelled that. We lucked into this place and what a gem it was! We got a beach on the Llano River that the kids loved. The pool was amazing (the water is cooled!), the place was quiet (no boat noise) with great views. The house very very nice and had more than enough room for our group of up to 13. Had 2 kitchens that were fully equipped. Plenty of indoor and outdoor spaces. Highly recommend it.

We celebrated my husband's birthday/Father's Day and we made sweet memories. The house was perfect for our family get away and we all had so much fun. The property was perfect for our family. There is so much space and it is furnished perfectly for everyone to be able to relax and have their own space. The host had everything you need to enjoy the pool and the outdoor space. They were very quick to respond and even gave a great recommendation for lunch. Will definitely stay again!

Our visit to Kingsland/Lake LBJ was awesome. We had kids ranging from 1yr-14yrs old, 14 people in total and had plenty of room. The house had everything you could want being away from home. The amenities were endless and the comfort was appreciated. No detailed was missed with this property. Management was incredibly fast with their responses to our questions. The pool setup was so much fun! Would tent again hands down.
