Main Living Room: Features a 2 sofas and a large Smart TV (access your personal Netflix, Hulu, or Disney+ accounts). Perfect for movie nights after a long day on the water.
Dining Space: A beautiful dining table with seating for the whole group, plus additional bar-stool seating at the kitchen island.

FULLY STOCKED KITCHEN
Fully equipped with full-sized stainless steel appliances (refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher).
Loaded with cookware, bakeware, dinnerware, utensils, and glassware.
Coffee Station: Start your morning right with a complimentary selection of coffee and tea.

BEDROOMS & SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
Primary Bedroom (Bedroom 1): Features a luxurious King-sized bed, high-quality linens, ample closet space, a Smart TV, and a private, attached en-suite bathroom.
Guest Bedroom 2: Comfortably furnished with a full-sized bed and premium mattress.
Also a bunk bed with fresh linens every time, for every guest.

BATHROOMS
Bathroom 1: En-suite attached to the primary bedroom with a modern step-in shower.
Bathroom 2: Centrally located bathroom featuring a shower/tub combination.

SCREENED POOL & OUTDOOR OASIS
The Heated Pool: Step through the sliding glass doors into a massive, fully screened-in lanai. Dive into the sparkling, heated pool available for year-round swimming.

​****Pool system: Please do not remove the pool vacuum or tamper with equipment, as this can damage the pump.
​Heating (Nov 1 – March 31): Pool heating is available for an additional fee ($150 for the first 3 days + $10/day thereafter).
​Performance: We aim for 83-85°F+, but please note that if outdoor temps drop below 60°F or heavy rain is in the area, heater efficiency will decrease. Please let us know 3 days in advance so we can start the heater before your trip!***

Outdoor Living: Features comfortable patio lounge seating and a BBQ grill for afternoon cookouts.

Fenced Yard: Beyond the screened pool enclosure lies a secure backyard area, providing extra privacy and space for your pups to stretch their legs.
