Stayed Dec 12, 2025The home was clean and beautifully decorated & supplied. The only thing we brought was a crockpot. The bedrooms and bathrooms had all the necessities. The fun Tech decor and games were great! We could put the movie on to settle down for the evening or music in the background while visiting & playing games or eating. They had coffee, cocoa and cider for us which was a fun surprise! Plenty of parking, even when our son & daughter came by. Neighborhood was quiet. There was a room that the street light kept the room brighter but I just wore my night eye mask. Another room had a nice balcony for a relaxing glass of wine. Communication was amazing. We recommend reserving this home if staying in the Lubbock area!

Stayed Dec 14, 2023Very nice home; new, modern and well equipped. Super close to TTU football games, graduation, or other events. Our family of 10 was very comfortable and everyone had a bed. I would stay at this property again with a large group.

Stayed Sep 7, 2023A group of college buddies made the trip to Lubbock for the game and some golf outings. The house was perfect in its location and setup. All the amenities were excellent and the house was well maintained. We each had our own room. It was over 100 degrees the entire time and the house was nice and cool. The proximity to campus and the football stadium were awesome. If we ever make it back we would pick this spot again for sure.
