Traveled with my fiancé, my parents and our small dog for a quick weekend. The house is well appointed, has many bedrooms to accommodate large groups and has comfortable furniture to make it feel more homey. Ann is a wonderful host and is great at communicating. The fenced in back yard is very nice especially for letting the dog out to run for a little bit so he was not always on the leash. My only issue with the property is there are no lights on the back of the home to see the back yard. While there are lights on the enclosed porch, they do not throw enough light to see the back yard, the walkway or the paved parking area. Also, be advised there are multiple stray cats that roam the street and sit on the porch so be aware when opening the door. Everything else was wonderful and I would consider staying here again in the future.

Our host Ann was very accommodating and spectacular on communication. House was perfect for a large group. Convenient to downtown (uber rides). Could walk if needed. House was well stocked. Can’t wait to go back

This house was perfect for our family vacation including a toddler. The drive to downtown Nashville and other attractions was quick and easy even though it was on the opposite side of the river.

The property was roomy enough that the 11 of us were able to find quiet space and space to all be together. We loved the back deck. 3 bathrooms for 11 women to get ready in seems a bit much but the vanity area upstairs answered that problem. It is a beautiful and comfortable property!The property manager stayed in touch and answered every question. We would stay here again...close to broadway but able to get away too!

Staying at Ann's place was a pleasure! The house was cozy and as described in the pictures on vrbo. We loved the screened in back porch and fenced in back yard. The location was perfect - close enough to drive to anywhere we wanted to go and far enough away to have some peace and quiet. The house was clean. Ann checked in before, during and after our stay and was always available to answer our questions. Highly recommended

The property location was close to downtown and good restaurants in East Nashville. The kitchen was the best kitchen wares and dishes stocked VRBO we have ever stayed in. The screened in back porch was a nice bonus area. Our host was very accommodating and friendly.

I was able to celebrate my 70th birthday with my husband and all my kids/spouses..it’s hard getting them all together in one spot at the same time! Needles to say we had a blast in Nash! Our house accommodated all of us with our own beds and privacy! We would definitely stay again! Thanks so much!

The house had lots of sleeping space with 5 neatly decorated bedrooms. Modern kitchen with living area and great porches for our group of 8 to hang out together. The property manager Ann is super helpful and very responsive! Just a quick Uber ride (or an extended walk) into town!

The house was perfect for a large group. Adequate sleeping room. Good location to lower Broadway. Host was great. From the time of booking to checkout, communication was great. Our group appreciated the check ins, and also allowing us some extra time to checkout.

This house is wonderful! It has lots of space - indoors and outdoors - plenty of room for everyone. It’s in a quiet neighborhood but close to many things. The kitchen has everything you might need to cook. Communication with Ann, the owner is great, and she checked in to be sure that all was good! We would definitely stay here again!

Clean, friendly, tons of beds!!

The house was perfect for 12 adults. It is well stocked with everything you need, and is in a nice, quiet neighborhood, but very close to downtown. Ann, the property owner, was very prompt to answer communications. She sent check in information as well and other information in advance of our visit, and she checked with us on our day of arrival to make sure all was well. We were very happy with our stay with our fur babies. The large fenced backyard was great for our dogs. I highly recommend this VRBO if visiting Nashville.

Ann’s house was perfect! She was very accommodating with everything requested. Seven high school buddies now in their 50’s, the layout, especially multiple big beds, was fabulous. And the kitchen being fully stocked with everything possible is always appreciated when cooking.

We originally booked with Ann at another one of her properties, but due to circumstances she asked us to book this property instead. Ann was very communicative throughout our stay, which was much appreciated! The property itself was clean and well stocked with linens, toiletries, and amenities. The beds were as advertised and very comfortable. We'd definitely stay here again if we were to go back to Nashville!

This was the best VRBO for our group of 13! There was plenty of beds that were comfortable (even had room for more to sleep if needed), plenty of mirrors/plug-ins/bathrooms (3) for our large party to get ready each day/night. We were so impressed with the kitchen and how well-stocked it was with pans, cooking utensils, spices, allowing us to cook several meals there throughout our long weekend. Ann was super communicative, providing her cell phone and checking in on us via text throughout. She accommodated an early check-in and later check-out if we needed it. Has a large, fenced in yard out back with corn-hole, horseshoe rings, roomed-in porch space that was perfect for an afternoon outside for games. Overall, highly recommend this place! It was a short Uber/Lyft to all the best places, and even with our large group, no one spent $20 on a ride. This was such a good experience, probably one of the best, if not the best, VRBO I've ever stayed in.

We had a wonderful stay and it was so nice to have regular beds for couples, instead of twin beds. The back porch was our go to every night to unwind. The house is very nice, clean and the most equipped house I have ever stayed at, the neighborhood was not our favorite, but the house was very close to where we all wanted to go. Quick Uber rides). The communication with Ann was wonderful. She went above and beyond. I would definetly stay here again with a group. We had 10 of us (5 couples) and we each had our own space.

This property is exactly as described. A clean, comfortable space for spending time with family and resting your weary head after time spent in Downtown Nashville. Feels like home. Plenty of room for our large group. Convenient to Downtown and other attractions. Our Host was gracious and responsive to all messages and needs. We would definitely stay here again!

This is a darling house with great sleeping arrangements and super comfy beds! The house is very well stocked if you want to cook and there is plenty of space for ten plus. Two of the bathrooms are not very big but all of the added mirrors in every room plus numerous stand mirrors were great and very much appreciated by all of the girls on the trip! It was also very hot when we visited and although the air conditioning works great (Ann had it cooled to 73 for our arrival), we appreciated all of the extra fans that were all over the house. Location was great too! Very easy Uber ride to Broadway, Opry, Top Golf and Grocery Store. And last but not least, Ann, our host was terrific. The house was ready, clean and cool when we arrived. She checked in multiple times with us just to make sure we didn't need anything. If we decide to make another trip to Nashville, we will hopefully have the opportunity to stay at this house again.
