Our lake house is a peaceful and comfortable home well suited for families. The layout includes TWO king suites on the ground level, each with a private bath, both with a walk in shower, one with a claw foot bath tub. A THIRD bed room upstairs is an enclosed loft with two queen beds and one twin bed..with a walk in shower. The house is perfect for adults down stairs and kids upstairs.
The living room has ample seating with a new sectional sofa and one recliner chair.

Stayed Aug 31, 2025We had a wonderful vacation at the Lake House. The screened in porch with a lake view was our favorite part. Beds were comfortable and the house was in a good location. Jennifer was a great host and very responsive. We would stay again.

Pool wasright out the back door and included a view of the lake.Fishing with a guide was great. We truly enjoyed our stay! This property is worth a visit.

Stayed Jun 19, 2025Jennifer was the perfect host! She reached out well in advance to make sure the guard gate had our info so we could have a seamless check in. Since the property was not booked the day prior to our stay, she offered to let us check in early on our arrival day. This was so nice! We appreciated the opportunity get there early so we could get settled and still have time to get out on the lake that day. Communication was perfect. The house was clean, organized and have everything we could have wanted. Thanks for a great long weekend!

Stayed Aug 30, 2024Perfect for our 3-day weekend! My husband & I are recent empty nesters & this property is just 1 1/2 hours from all of our kids at Ga Tech. This was an easy meeting point for our family. The cottage is beautifully decorated & comfortable. The kitchen is tiny, but makes great use of the space. Everything we needed was available for cooking & coffee. The Hot Cocoa bar is a nice touch. We enjoyed the screened in porch & use of the gas grill. The proximity to the lake, the pool, the tennis courts & walking paths were great! We rented pontoon boat from Sun Life Marina, which is very close by. It was easy to communicate with the hosts. I highly recommend this property!
