This house is perfectly located for large groups. It is very well equipped and stocked- rooms are quite comfortable. The yard is awesome- owner is a pleasure to deal with. My only issue was no soap or shampoos which isn’t a big deal - just know before you go so you have what you need. Also construction across the street is noisy at 7am but hey… it’s Nashville and there’s construction pretty much everywhere!All in all a terrific stay.

This house was so comfortable and so fun. It is very unique in the best ways. It had everything we wanted or needed. Drip and Keurig coffee makers, multiple fans, well stocked kitchen (though we didn't cook).Very convenient to everything we wanted to do. Easy walk to 12 South businesses and easy Uber ride to downtown.We had a lovely stay.

The house was so cozy and worked great for us! We had nine people for a bachelorette, and the space was perfect. The location was also great because it was around 10 minutes from all the restaurants and everything.

Location and house was perfect. Had a chance to meet the owner when he swung by to get something from the shed and he was very nice.

I would highly recommend this home. It fit 10 people ranging from adults to children comfortably. The basement was perfect for the teenagers with ping pong, pool and a large TV. We loved the large table where all 10 of us could sit to have meals. We did not have any small children but the stairs could be a little steep for younger ones. There are doors before both staircases which would help keep little ones on the desired level. The neighborhood was nice for walking to boutiques and coffee shops. It didn't take us more than 30 min to get anywhere we wanted to go in Nashville during heightened Christmas traffic.

We had 5 couples staying in house for a couples trip for 5 sisters. We didn't spend a lot of time at the house as we did more site seeing. The dining space was great for visiting and card games. We also used the living room for discussion of the day's plans. The bedrooms were comfortable. The host was very accommodating. We had a great trip.

Fantastic house for a family get together! Walking distance to shopping and wonderful restaurants. House was clean and offered a lot of room for multiple ages. Jimmy responded quickly to all questions and requests. Would definitely stay again the next time we are in Nashville!

This house is much bigger than portrayed in the photos. There is one very large master suite upstairs, with the only door at the bottome of the stairs. The main level has 2 bedrooms, one with a single queen bed, the other has 2 queens beds. There is only one bathroom that is the en suite for a bedroom. The large finished basement has 2 bedrooms, one with a queen and the other with a queen and twin trundle. There are 2 bathrooms in the basement. The back yard is very spacious and great for kids and dogs the run around. The kitchen and dining rooms are very large and great for a large group of people. We had about 20 people for Thanksgiving lunch and, with a fold out table, we had plenty of room for everyone!

We LOVED this location and the neighborhood. Walking distance to the popular 12 South area. Close to everything. The kitchen is great and has everything you need to cook large meals. A couple of things to note:The stairs going down to the basement are narrow and dark and the ceiling is low so it would not be a good fit for an older person or young children. On the main floor there are 2 bedrooms. The only bathroom in this floor is in one of the bedrooms.

Great place in a great location. Neighborhood was very safe. Place was super clean and had a nice layout. Within a 5-10 minute walk of all the 12 South restaurants, bars and retail shops. Cheap, 10 minute Uber ride to Broadway. Easy to get to and from the Airport. Host was very responsive and polite. East to engage with. Very easy and clear check-in and check-out instructions.All the accessories listed are accurate. The decks and grilles were a great feature. Highly recommended this place/host and would stay here again.

Milestone birthday celebrations, 2 families and a lifetime of memories! The location was perfect, safe and the neighborhood was great! We had everything we needed and will be back! Nashville didn’t disappoint and neither did this property. Lots of antique furnishings and very comfortable. Plenty of space and there was 8 of us. We’ll be back if they’ll have us!

We had 11 family members stay in the home over a long weekend for a wedding. The house is in a very good location to be able to get everywhere cool in Nashville. It's a very unique home with lots of special features. Everyyhing worked fine, great A/C on a hot June week. The owner went out of his way to communicate and offer help. Would love to make another trip to this house.

We enjoyed our 4 night stay in this unique welcoming home. We loved all the unusual items in the house from the piano turned into a mini bar and the doors on the walls in the kitchen. The house is very close on Belmont University and the cute shops and restaurants on 12th street. We loved Bar Taco. Jimmy is great to work with and responsive to our questions and needs. Thanks.

We stayed at this property for a graduation and had a wonderful time. The house worked really well for a large group. (We had eight adults). Jimmy was a great host and communication was excellent. Would highly recommend.

We had a group of 10 friends and family staying here for our daughter's recent graduation and just loved the place. The location can't be beat: It's just a few blocks from 12 South and a short drive to both Belmont and Vanderbilt Universities as well as Geodis Park. There's plenty of parking in both the driveway and on the street out front.The home itself was clean, comfortable and inviting with enough space to gather and spread out. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need for large family meals and celebrations. Everyone loved the lounge area downstairs, too. The host was also incredibly helpful, responsive and generous. With a little advice, we even managed to secure a table for brunch on Mother's Day without a reservation. What a treat!

We felt close enough to the downtown scene while enjoying te peace and quiet of the 12 South Neighborhood. Our family had an amazing time in the house. It was perfect! The main floor living space gave us plenty of room to eat and hang out together. The basement was almost like an apartment and it had a nice place to play games and to watch movies. It also gave two of our folks, a great place to work remotely in the bedrooms. We enjoyed being at the house and walking to the shops and restaurants in this neighborhood more than the Broadway scene. The host was really easy to work with.

Great house in a great location in 12 South! This set-up was perfect for our Belmont Graduation for all our friends and family. Plenty of space to entertain including bar area with plenty of space in the basement to hang out/play pool and house had everything included that you could need for a large family trip or event...Jimmy and team were also super responsive. We had a group of 5 couples that travelled to Nashville for an NFL game. While the location wasn't close to the stadium, it was an amazing neighborhood. When the new stadium is built we would love to stay at Jimmy's home. There was plenty of room for all of us to hang out together and quiet places to hand out in smaller groups. The kitchen was well stocked with misc spices, coffee (pods and grounds) and cleaning supplies. The neighborhood is very safe and within walking distance to a few restaurants and coffee shops. We were able to Uber/Lyft very reasonably to Broadway and DT Nashville. There was also ample street parking. Jimmy's home is perfect for larger groups and would be great for families as well. All y'all! If you are visiting Nashville & want a truly comfortable, personally decorated home that is centrally located in the 12 South area... and with hands down The Best Equipped Kitchen of any VRBO we've ever booked, this is your jam! We are 5 livelong friends now scattered (New Orleans, Alabama, Atlanta, Myrtle Beach area, Cape Cod) who decided on Nashville for our collective 65th birthday trip. Host is responsive & oh so easy to communicate with. We had one minor issue & Jimmy arrived within the hour to address/fix (honestly, it was operator error on our part) & he is so engaging that we visited for almost an hour. The home is 5 separate bedrooms spread among 3 floors, 3 baths, one on each floor (no elevator). Cute front porch, nice lower back yard area as well, both great for morning coffee or evening cocktails. The main level living area is comfortable, so much so that our last day we spent the afternoon nestled on the sectional sofa with blankets, popcorn & Hallmark movies! The dining area in the kitchen has a fabulous table meant for long chats & making memories & we spent hours there in the mornings & evenings telling stories, catching up & laughing so much that our sides hurt... probably a Good Thing that table can tell no tales! This property is historic/older, which means quirky, but in the best possible way, lots of interesting renovation details & a truly personal (vs corporate/rental) feel. Highly recommend & we would definitely return.

We couldn’t have had a more perfect time. Everywhere you look in the house there is something so interesting. We had room for everyone, short Uber rides to broadway, great bars and restaurants walkable. The young people used scooters to get around town. We had a wonderful fire one night, it was the best vacation ever, thanks Jimmy for your wonderful hospitality!!!

This house has it all. Such a cozy stay for a family, at a very reasonable price. The kitchen is open, and we were able to have a family gathering of 30 people easily. The back yard is very open and perfect for kids to play around. The owner was super responsive, and helpful during our stay. If we come back to Nashville, I know where I will be staying again.

There were nine of us that stayed for a long weekend to celebrate our 50th birthdays. The house worked out perfectly for us and the location was wonderful. Places to go within walking distance and just a short and inexpensive Uber ride into downtown. Jimmy was very quick to respond to any questions and he was extremely friendly. Definitely recommend.

My family and I rented this house to do our yearly family vacation. The location was perfect. Easy to get to downtown Nashville, the 12 South district was easy to walk to (and we did to get cronuts most days!). The area was very safe and quiet. The house provided plenty of space for our company (8 adults and 2 teenagers). We spent most nights hanging out in the extended kitchen area playing games and doing puzzles. The kitchen was large enough that we made most of our meals here. The beds were comfortable and clean. The bathrooms were large enough that no one felt crowded. This is the perfect location for a family vacation. The owner was easy to communicate with if needed. We can't thank Jim enough for the wonderful time we had.

If we could rate this property and its owners with 10 stars that would still not be enough!! We were in town for the Virginia Tech - Vanderbilt game with family and friends and this place could not have been more perfect!! We loved the location and the charm of the house! Communication with Jimmy and Tina was effortless! We will definitely stay here again when visiting Nashville!!

A group of 10 of us stayed for a long weekend to play some hockey for old men. Yes we range from 30-45 and we still love to put our bodies through the wringer. The house was perfect and had everything we could ask for. The shops that were within walking distance were amazing and the neighborhood was very peaceful. We will definitely be booking with this host again if we come back next year!

First and foremost, Jimmy was a great host! The house was perfect for our group of 10 ranging in age from 18-78. This home is roomy with a large open kitchen/dining area- great for the meals we shared while there. The basement, which included a pool table, was a welcome space to kick back and relax. This is an older house, so the stairs could be a bit tricky for some. The main level and second floor bathrooms are accessible through bedrooms. This was not an issue for us, but may not be suitable for all. Located in the 12 South neighborhood, we were a quick Uber ride away from downtown (10 mins) and the airport (20 mins). We also strolled down 12 Ave and found a couple of cool bars and restaurants. During our stay, a family member experienced car trouble. When I reached out to Jimmy for a mechanic recommendation, he immediately offered to pick them up. Although it wasn’t necessary, his concern and offer of assistance was so kind! I would happily stay here again 🤗

The house was great. Only issue

We arrived in town ahead of schedule and our host was very generous to let us check in early. The house was great for a large group because the bedrooms were spread between all three floors. I like to go to sleep early and wake up early. My friends were able to stay up late and hang out in the basement game room without disturbing me. Because the kitchen has a door that closes, I was able to get up early and enjoy a cup of coffee and make breakfast without disturbing them! Thank you so much to our host for making everything perfect and being very responsive during our stay. We will definitely be back again next year.
