Sportsman's Paradise on the Grand Lucayan Waterway w/ large dock, pool, cabana

Great property. Just remote enough to have peace and quiet but close enough to freeport to be convenient.

We had a great experience at this property, everything is very clean and well maintained and Lisa (the host) was very helpful and quick with responding to any questions or suggestions we had. The kids had a great time between boating, the awesome pool & hot tub and fishing right off the dock at this property - 10/10 would recommend and book again!

The owner/host of property, Lisa, was phenomenal. She was extremely timely in responding to our questions and very informative and helpful to surrounding attractions and recommendations for fishing, dining, and entertainment. The pool house/area was definitely our favorite part of the stay for us! The host made sure to cover all the bases on entertaining clients!

I can’t even begin to say what a wonderful property this was . We had such a great time. Beautiful dock for out boat fish cleaning station. House was more than we expected. Beautiful decorations . 2 full kitchens. Plenty of room to hang out. Then the pool the jacuzzi the bar . Plenty of activities by the bar and TV . Great place to all hang out and cool off in the pool . Property is all fenced in which made it great for our doodle to explore. The hosts Lisa and Dave were great and helped with anything we needed. We will definitely be back .

There’s literally no reason to go anywhere else… This place has everything you need. Basically 2 houses in one, one upstairs and one downstairs which actually worked out great for our group, giving us privacy when needed. The amenities will have you never wanting to leave… the pool, hot tub, all the games (darts, ring toss, axe throwing), the grilling area. It’s like its own little oasis. Great fishing right outside the channel and even found a great little beach to drive up to on the boat right at the channel. Hoping to make it back one day!

Our stay was amazing! The hosts were very accommodating for our crew which changed at the last minute due to flight cancellations. They were easy to communicate with and responded promptly. We had everything we needed at the house and plenty of room for all of us. Check in was simple and straightforward and the house (and entire property) was clean and well maintained! The kids enjoyed the pool and the games in the pool house! We will definitely be back!

Villia Lucaya was absolutely AMAZING! From check-in to checkout, Lisa was there with all questions and request. We took our 34’ boat and had plenty of room for at least two more boats. We snorkeled in the canal, watched the sea turtles all day and loved the pool and game room when we weren’t on the boat. We stayed almost two weeks and plan to stay longer next time.

Wonderful place to enjoy with family and friends. Secluded, quiet and yet close to town. The house was perfect with everything one might need. Pictures can not describe paradise. The owners are very nice, helpful and knowledgeable about the island. We are definitely coming back to enjoy paradise.

My husband and friend took the sons (ages 18-22) on their dream fishing trip. This place is paradise and just added to the experience. They said it was perfect in every way. They also promised to take the girls back real soon. I can’t wait. The pictures they sent back are amazing.

Was perfect for our stay. Guys fishing trip. Plenty of dock space, cleaning table and the pool area is where we spent our afternoons/evenings hanging out after full days out on the water.

Our stay at Villa Lucaya was awesome! The beautiful house and grounds were exactly as described. The house was equipped with everything you need and very comfortable. Fishing close by and the boat docks were perfect! Great visit!

We had the BEST stay at this house. The house and property is exactly like it’s pictured and more. Plenty of room for 3 families. The pool area is better than a resort and the docking was amazing. Super close to the inlet. Lisa went above and beyond as a host. Will absolutely be back to this heavenly place.

My wife and I, along with 2 other couples, decided to stay here. We couldn't have been happier. Honestly it was better than we expected. We loved being away from the hustle and bustle. We loved being on the water with easy access to some of the best beaches and water in the Bahamas, via the waterway. We loved the privacy, there is nobody to bother you. The house itself comes with everything you would need plus quite a few extras. If you are coming over via your own boat and want an alternative to a marina situation, this is for you. Has everything you'd want. The boat can be secure along the frontage. We didn't bring our boat but were able to find a rental in Grand Bahama Yacht Club, little center console, we rented it for 4 nights and kept it right at the property with us. When we wanted lunch, we cruised the boat over to somewhere on the water. When we wanted to go a beach or sandbar or explore, hopped in the boat and took off. We caught fish right off the dock. It was an incredible experience. Sitting in the pool, looking out at the water, with the Bahamas breeze blowing in your face. Take me back! Also, Lisa and Dave couldn't have been more helpful or willing to ensure we had a good time. They were available to answer questions, suggestions, etc. Wonderful communication. Book it!

This place is amazing! We crossed from Stuart Florida on our boat and were greeted with a vacation paradise. All the amenities for a boat, protected cove, power and water at the dock. The grounds are expertly maintained and you feel like you are in your own private tropical compound. The pool was great and all the activities at the tiki bar left for wanting nothing. We love the house, all the space, two abundantly stocked kitchens, every utensil you need. Well appointed bathrooms, you name it. This place has it all. We loved the seclusion and enjoyed the Lucayan waterway canal. We even caught a shark while fishing. We will be back! Can’t wait for the end of the month for round two! We had the best experience. Dave and Lisa were top notch! They were so quick with replies and answered all our questions. The house was absolutely beautiful and exceeded all our expectations. The property is well taken care of and had everything we needed. The kitchen is full equipped, bathrooms stocked with towels and even has a few starter items to get us started. The house sits on a beautiful lot. From start to finish we were so happy with our stay. I highly recommend, you wont be disappointed.
