Stayed May 21, 2026House was dirty (floor, kitchen counter and rugs). The host did offer to send someone to re-clean the house, but it should not have dirty in the first place. Cold water did NOT work in master bedroom bathroom sinks, so we had to use a different sink to wash hands, brush teeth etc. MBR shower turns off while showering and code on panel reads error 7. Pool was dirty upon check in and after notifying the host they sent a pool cleaner the next day. It really is completely unacceptable to allow guests to arrive to a dirty house.

Stayed Apr 12, 2026The home was beautiful. It was clean. We paid the extra money to have the hot tub and pool heated. We didn’t realize until contacting management that you can only heat one at a time. So, when we wanted to use the hot tub it wasn’t always hot. Then, then pool got too hot towards the end of the stay. Other than that, it was a great vacation spot. Perfect for a large group.

Stayed Apr 9, 2026Immaculate house and beautiful landscaping. Pool was awesome, as was hot tub, but pool was as not chlorinated initially, and the hot tub was cold (no instructions were initially provided on how to do this). Eventually, someone was sent to assist us. Located in a private and quiet area. Overall, great stay.

Stayed Dec 28, 2025We paid to heat the pool/ hot tub , but on arrival it was not heated at 4 pm. After our son worked for about an hour, it started heating and was great for the remaining 3 days. The coffee pot only brewed with grounds, so we bought a coffee pot to use. We did not have sheets for the pull out, so we went and bought sheets. Towels needed to be washed and dried a lot because 15 people go through many with pool and showers. Otherwise the house and pool were beautiful and it was a wonderful vacation location!!!

Stayed Nov 10, 2025This property is incredible. While it’s located fairly close to a busy road, you don’t notice the road noise when outside enjoying the pool, hot tub, basketball and pickleball court. Our two kids, 4 and 7, played so much outside, as we, and the other family, did as well. It was also nice to use the grocery service to have the house stocked upon arrival. Definitely recommend and would stay there again.

Stayed Nov 4, 2025We loved everything!! Very clean , pool and jacuzzi were absolutely amazing. Looking forward to staying here again. The only thing I would change would be to have the 100% cotton linens.

Stayed Jul 16, 2025As we enjoyed this amazing property, we did have our concerns… Online, there shows the property providing numerous amenities for the residents to enjoy. Unfortunately, a lot of these amenities were broken or not in use. For example, the shower in the master bedroom was not working… We were now told this in advance to our stay.. We also had trouble using the fire pit and grill outback. Even though we had our concerns, overall this house was beautiful home but could use work.

Stayed Mar 12, 2025Wonderful stay. Played a lot of pickleball . Staff very attentive. One thing tv should carry Fox News, I had to cast it from my phone. I would stay the again in a heartbeat. GF
