Split Rock Resort: Family Getaway w/ Fire Pit!

There was a major water leak in the kitchen from the broken, the dining room chairs were almost all broken and there was large amounts of cool air from windows and in rooms.

The host was really great. Because I booked some weeks in advance, I had several questions and changes for both the family visiting us and a death in the family. They answered whenever I texted. They were so easy to work with.

My friends and I have been taking a Poconos trip every Fall for the last 5 years, this house was by far our favorite! The kitchen was our favorite as we spend a lot of time cooking and hanging out. My daughter loved the hammocks and the back yard area with a lovely fire pit. We plan to stay again next year!

I had several questions before arriving at the property and they were always answered very quickly and professionally!

The house itself was very nice, clean and plenty of room for our group. Huge kitchen and great outdoor vibe with fire pit. However we did have an issue with one of the amenities. We planned our dinners around grilling on the outdoor grill on the deck. To our surprise, there was no grill when we got there. The host said they replaced it and they had an issue with it and it wasn’t safe to use it. I just wish he would have let us know ahead of time, we would have changed our meal plan. Other than that we had a great time.

Beautiful house, lovely decor, enough space for a family of 10 people plus. Host is amazing. Reply back asap for any concerns or question. Kitchen had everything a person may need to cook delicious meals.

Very well maintained property, beautiful location. Guillermo was very responsive when we had an issue with the previous guests having tripped a breaker in the kitchen. He got it fixed right away. We had a great time!

Home was perfect for our family, but it was odd that such a large home did not have a laundry room. We were able to cook most of our meals in the well equipped kitchen and loved making S’mores at the fire pit.A suggestion-fix the latch on the garbage shed-animals were still able to get in necessitating a large clean up job.

Our small group had a terrific time at this unique property and would definitely return back. Location was perfect and the backyard was great to hang out. The house was big enough and it felt as this house had a soul and was decorated with so much love. It had pretty much everything that we needed for the stay. We left rejuvenated and happy. The only minor issues that we found while there - the amount of towels available seemed very low for a big group. I would suggest requesting more in advance. But overall we enjoyed this property which had a lot of soul.

The house was beautiful and clean. Just as advertised. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook for 14 people. Karaoke was an added bonus. Everyone enjoyed their time. Plenty of space for our group to spread out. Would definitely book again!!

Rented this house for a family get together and it could have been more perfect. Very big and spacious house, with plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms to accommodate large families. Grounds and house were in great condition and made the get away realy enjoyable!

Great weekend trip!

The home was nice. Property Manager was very nice and responsive. I liked the number of bedrooms and bathrooms. It worked well for us. The living space was good size. Kitchen was spacious and fully stocked. Only has one TV though. It would be nice to have several more especially in the master bedroom and bedroom off the living room. It was too cold, so we were unable to take advantage of the side porch. Foyer could use extra rugs during snowy months. It is slippery when wet. It would have been nice to have access to a washer and dryer. Lots of deer around which was exciting for the kids to watch. The home does need a little TLC due to age, but overall, we enjoyed it.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The layout of the home is great for families, most bedrooms have their own bathrooms. There are two bedrooms that share a bathroom which is nice for a family with kids. The property is really pretty as well. We saw so many deer and even a woodpecker!

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay at this property in Lake Harmony. The house was so nice and had a very cozy vibe. There were nine of us and we were all very comfortable with the bedrooms and the bathroom accommodations. We especiallyoyed sitting outside by the fire pit. We would most definitely go back to this house again!

The property offers a harmonious peaceful setting with ample of space to entertain people and connect with nature as a few deers came by in the backyard. We also enjoyed the porch which offered an additional isolated space to relax.
