A beautiful luxury home to share with you whilst we are away. A perfect get away location. Situated in a private, safe, well established neighbourhood. Natural trade winds, a beautiful breathtaking rear panoramic view of the valley and hills of Mount Parnassus and Tempe, the front residential landscape with horizon views of the sea. 3-4 minute walk to bus stop, 10 minute drive to the picturesque Spice aroma capital of St George's or St David's. 15 minute drive to the beautiful white sands Grand Anse beach. (recently graded number 1 of top 5 beaches in the Caribbean) and other surrounding beaches such as BBC and La Segesse. 20 minutes drive from the airport with several shops, entertainment, restaurants and amenities along the way.

This L shaped open plan bungalow, sliding glass doors open to a beautiful landscaped garden with mature fruit trees, patio and verandah. Master bedroom opens onto the large main veranda providing beautiful sunrise and evening sunset views.

A well equipped kitchen and laundry with washing machine and dryer. A dining area that steps into the living room that steps into a chill out lounging area and opens onto back patio.
Master bedroom has shower en-suite and walk in closet, 2nd bedroom with double bunkbed and 3rd bedroom with queen size bed , both next to spacious shower/bathroom area. High rafter ceiling with ceiling fan in each room.

We loved this spacious and airy house at the top of the hill with lovely views of the valley below and distant hills. Everything went smoothly with our arrival and meeting the property manager Paulette who was very welcoming and helpful. The house was very comfortable with outside space at the front and back. At the front the covered veranda meant we could sit through the sporadic morning rain showers and wait for the rainbows to appear! At the back we could listen to cockcrow in the morning and watch the lights come on across the hillside in the evening. There were also wonderful sunsets at the front. The house was a short drive away from St George and the harbour and Grand Anse beach with restaurants etc. We loved staying there and had a great holiday and would stay again if we were back in Grenada. I should also mention that one of our party was a little unwell one day and Paulette was extremely kind and made sure that he was ok.

After our smooth transition from the airport in Paulette our host was so kind in coming out to meet us from the main road ensuring that we didn't get lost.. The beautiful home is located on picturesque area with Beautiful flowers, Huge patio/ Veranda.. (Peaceful & Tranquil) This home away from home has all the amenities for cooking / baking etc.. ( updates needed for stove) The house is very spacious & airy.. We didn't need an AC.. We totally enjoyed our time at this amazing property & would recommend it as a great place to stay.

We really enjoyed, I highly recommended this location and property nice & quit and clean ...Beautiful mountain view..
