The space
As soon as you arrive and make your way down the long private drive that cuts through the property you're quickly consumed by the vast beauty of the vineyard and the gentle rise of hills that surround the lake. When you approach the house for the first time, you will immediately struck by its sheer size and grandeur. As guests are greeted by a set of towering glass entryways symmetrically matched on opposite sides of the building, deliver a stunning modern design element that allow you to view right through the massive space - Its spectacular.
As you enter the house and experience the century-old native barn structure there's an immediate 'Wow' factor. Its not one thing, it's everything. Its subtle and understated, there's an elegant simplicity to the house that masterfully integrates old indigenous materials from the barn and century old wide-plank floors and beams with modern design elements that seamlessly blend together throughout the house that make it amazingly warm and inviting.
The 5000 Sq ft residence has 4 bedrooms with a spectacular open design, divided into two separate pavilions. The large main living space, built from the reassembled native barn structure, contains an expansive open living room with a large farm stone fireplace on the far end and a long 16 seat dinning room table in the center, the main master bedroom wing is located off the far end of the house. The other structure is a two-story guest pavilion that houses three secondary master guest suites each with their own bathrooms and living areas. The two structures form an L and are masterfully connected to a spectacular kitchen and covered porch that serves as the ultimate gathering spot in the house – the place everyone wants to be.

Other things to note
The Vineyard does not have Lake access, but Morgan Marina is the best marina on the lake and is less than 5 minutes away. There you're able to rent a boat and have complete access to the lake that host 1/2 a dozen restaurants, all accessible by car or by boat.
