Welcome to Keuka lake in this beautiful home that boasts 3 master suites. The living room has a panoramic view of Keuka Lake. There is a deck off the top floor and a patio off the first floor to sit and enjoy the lake view as well. From the downstairs patio you are only a few steps to the beach. At the end of the dock the lake is only 3 feet deep so it’s excellent for swimming. Everything in this house is new and very clean. We are a mile from downtown Penn Yan.

Stayed Nov 7, 2025The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils. Everything was easy to find. The owner had great communication. My friends and I felt so at home and had a nice relaxing night. I highly recommend this rental and will be renting again in the future!

Stayed Nov 11, 2024We liked this place so much we’ve already decided to come back. Gorgeous open space LR/DR/Kitchen with a wall of windows onto the lake. Nice deck, a little stretch of beach, and three bedrooms, each with a king-size bed and its own bathroom. Kayaks in the garage, PennYan just minutes away (a cute town with lots to offer). The place has a cozy feel to it. It might be a bit noisy during the season, neighbors are quite close.
