Spectacular Views! -Great Location-Hot Tub-Dreamy Porch & Sun Room-Fenced Yd!

Beautiful location. Property is spacious, comfortable and very convient to Ashville, Biltmore and the blue mountains parkway. We wished we had more time. Many grocery options nearby. We were excited to see a black bear behind the property near the street one morning. Very comfortable for a group. Enjoyed the shuffle board table.

We had a slight issue with the property and the Owner addressed it immediately. Excellent host!

Lovely views from multiple rooms of the mountains. Home was immaculate, and provided items (spices, oils) and plenty of towels for hot tub. Front gated yard was perfect for our pet. Lovely, serene neighborhood.

We had a wonderful time at this house. Our preference was to venture out just a bit but spend the majority of time at home and enjoy the screen porch/aka treehouse complete with rustling leaves, wind chimes and birdsong. Our other favorite room was the sun porch with THE VIEW. The house was clean, organized and comfortable. We shopped at Walmart and Aldi's for groceries. We went to visit Sierra Nevada brewery near the airport. We had never seen a brewery that magnificent. While their beer is not my favorite, they have great food. For BBQ, we sampled 12 Bones Smokehouse and Rocky's Hot Chicken, both close by. They were ok. We did not go into the city nor did we visit Biltmore. Taking a walk up the road all uphill was quite an adventure, it's a pretty steep incline for walking but hikers may do it more easily. I almost made it to the top. The owners were very prompt with answers to our questions; excellent communication. The hot tub was great. It made for a memorable vacation.

This house was one of our favorites. The view was lovely! It had tons of common space, comfortable couches, the best sunroom for reading or taking an afternoon snooze, a spacious and well-furnished screened porch, nice fenced in front area for our little dog, and a hot tub with a view. We had five people and one dog and had an abundance of space to cook, come together or have our own privacy. I don’t have one complaint. House has everything you could need!! Thanks for a great stay!

yes, it was perfect

This was our first time staying in a VRBO and it was a fantastic experience. This host has thought of everything, from labeling the kitchen cabinets to putting together a house guidebook that has all the details you could need. The mountain views are amazing. It is in a perfect location about 15 minutes to downtown and the Biltmore. Visiting from Florida, I was worried about steep hills and driveways. This house is paved all the way up. A fantastic house!!

Great location, amazing spaces to hang out, hot tub was delightful, house was clean, towels were good towels and it was perfect! Highly recommend.

Our family memories of our stay at the rhodies house will be filled with laughter and joy . The hosts were amazing to communicate with. The details in this house gave this anxious planner no complaints! We enjoyed the shuffleboard, sunroom and fireplaces! We hope to be back !

The house was perfect!!! We had everything we needed...there were no issues and so didn't need to have any extra contact with the hosts...the views were gorgeous! the outdoor patio with the table top fire pit and large tv was where we hung out each evening!!! Highly recommend staying here! Kitchen had everything we needed for the meals we cooked. Highly recommend staying here! We were three couples that get together once a year or so...I would stay here again!!

Cozy and inviting home with comfy furnishings. Very clean. Beautiful tree framed view from the screened-in and outdoor porches. Owners were very easy to communicate with and they had great recommendations for local restaurants.

This place felt like home the minute we walked in. The views were amazing and there were so many great places to enjoy them. They thought of everything when they stocked the place. We brought our grand daughters and they had so much fun they did not pull out their tablets once. We will definitely return!

We had a fantastic July 4th weekend at this warm and welcoming home! The mountain views were breathtaking, and we loved relaxing in the fenced garden and spacious screened patio. The indoor game area was a great bonus, and it’s clear the hosts have truly thought of everything guests might need. Highly recommend!

Great place and a great host!

We absolutely loved this home! Check in was a breeze. The sunroom, the screened porch and the hot tub were fantastic! We also loved the fenced in yard for our dogs. The views from the sunroom/hot tub were incredible and this house is centrally located to everything! We will definitely be back! 10 stars!!

The property is as advertised and matches the pictures. There are some great views, and the sun room and screened-in porch are amazing. Check-in is easy and the house is just a short 5-10 minute drive from restaurants and shopping, and just around 20-25 minutes from downtown Asheville. This house is great for dog owners (the yard is fenced) or a small group, and we would definitely come again!

We are 8 women friends who knit and do other fiber crafts. Every October we go to Asheville for SAFF held at the AG center. Because of Helene SAFF was canceled so instead of a refund we decided to just get together in January. This house was in the perfect location and a perfect place for us. There are a lot of places to find some quiet time and a great room where we could all be together. There is also an amazing screened in porch with a fire table where we could all sit around with a glass of wine. Everything was clean and well stocked. Lots of books and games. The hosts were the best communicators. They answered any questions in less than 10 minutes. We have been going to SAFF for years and always stay at a different place because they are somehow not just right. This place is and fortunately we were able to book again for SAFF 2025.

Loved the view and sunroom. It was even great at night watching the twinkling lights of town. Hot tub was great! Our dog enjoyed the fenced yard. The house had everything we needed.

Our family enjoyed our stay, property was clean, comfortable, and plenty of space for solo time if needed. Supplies for cooking and the grill was a great size. Communication with host was quick and consistent. The location was close to airport and grocery stores if needed, Asheville downtown is only 20 mins. We will likely stay here again in the future!

The location and amenities of this home really made our stay above and beyond! The pictures don’t do this place the justice it deserves. Talk about coffee with a view…breathtaking in September! So spacious, extremely clean, and GREAT communication! We ran out of propane for the fire pit and I messaged Birgit And received a response in less than two minutes!
