Spectacular views! 5 bdrms perfect for family memories! Short walk to beach!

We had an amazing stay at Southern Exposure! The home was beautiful, well-appointed, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing trip. The owners were incredibly responsive and made the entire process smooth and stress-free.From the fully stocked kitchen to the beach chairs and wagon, every detail was thoughtfully included. Having an elevator was perfect for a smooth move in and out!The balconies on every level were a highlight—perfect for morning coffee or catching the sunset after a day at the beach. And speaking of location, you can’t beat it! Just a block and a half from the beach and close to everything Carolina Beach has to offer.Highly recommend Southern Exposure, we’re already looking forward to our next stay!

Southern Exposure truly lived up to its name—it gave us the warmth, space, and comfort we needed for a memorable family getaway. The house comfortably fit all eight of us and was stocked with everything we needed—including a mini ice-maker that came in clutch for the Bartesian cocktail machine we brought along!The beach was just steps away, and while we brought our own wagon, the extra one provided was a huge bonus for hauling chairs and gear. We also took a chartered fishing trip and a ferry ride to Southport—both highlights of the trip.The host was incredibly responsive and shared great suggestions, including where to watch fireworks without the crowds. From morning coffee on the ocean-side deck to game nights and beach days, this truly felt like a home away from home. We’ll definitely be back!

This house was amazing! Very clean and well taken care of. Location was perfect! Close to the beach to go walking and away from the crowds of the boardwalk. We would definitely recommend this place to anybody and stay in this house again! Thank you for a great vacation!

We (9 of us) had a wonderful time here. Everything was clean and ready to go a few hours early even. The elevator was a huge hit and made things so much easier. The house came with a lot of beach basics that made the stay a lot more relaxing. And the location was perfect!

We only had one week to get together as a family this year at the beach. We found this unit and it looked like it would fit our needs perfectly, and it did. We had plenty of room for the eight of us, it was very well kept and maintained, beautiful on the inside, a short walk to the beach and close to the boardwalk. Away from the resort, hotels and a decent location. We would definitely stay there again! Great for a large family!

Relaxing, beautifully decorated, comfortable. Best equipped of any place we have stayed. Thoroughly enjoyed our week.

Quiet neighborhood in late April. Elevator was useful. Kitchen is huge. Ice that there was bottled water provided as Carolina Beach water has an egg smell we weren’t used to. Could have used a few more pillows and don’t forget your beach towels! We really enjoyed the balconies.

Had a wonderful vacation with beloved family. Made memories in a beautiful home that had everything including an elevator. Hosts couldn’t be more responsive and accommodating. Views were great and everything was top notch. Loved every minute!
