**Important Notes**:
- Minimum monthly rental - December through April are the busiest months and must be rented from the 1st of the month through the 1st of the following month. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate overlapping months to make up 30 days during that period. If you would like to stay multiple months, we will accommodate that. (inquire for exceptions)
- Not suitable for non-swimmers, infants, or small children (swim at your own risk)
- Smoking is not permitted
-Use of the pool/spa heater is optional and requires prior arrangements. An additional deposit to cover the cost of propane will be requested. Guests will be charged for the cost of propane used. Any unused portion of the deposit will be refunded.
