Things that could be improved, ants in kitchen and master bath, some wallpaper peeling in house, paint peeling on 2nd floor near sitting table. Overall needs to be refreshed. Toilet near kitchen hard to flush.

The kitchen was nicely equiped with dishes, glasses, silverware, pots, pans, and cooking utensils. Towels were provided for the pool and other activities. This was my second stay in 3820 and I would so it all over again when given the chance.
