Spectacular Second-Row Home w/Private Outdoor Pool, Free WiFi, Washer/Dryer, AC

We knew going into our trip to Holden Beach that this house was located across from a public beach access which made walks to the beach very quick and convenient. The best surprise was the atmosphere from the back deck. We ate numerous meals overlooking the marsh landscape for a peaceful vibe. The sunset going down over the marsh was fantastic. On a minor note, I appreciated the clean, fresh smell upon entering the home. Great trip!

The remodel was nice as far as the very well stocked kitchen and the beds and furniture were very comfortable. TV in every room were nice but we didn’t really use them. The sleeping arrangement was good for the 4 adults and 5 grandchildren. Good location to the beach. Nice that the sheets and towels were provided and good starter amenities. Sand is a real issue in the house because there’s no good way to get in the house without walking in the sand and there’s not a private outdoor shower for kids to rinse the sand out of their bathing suits before going in. Small bathrooms and sand was an issue. Also issue with the air conditioning.

We've been to Holden Beach several times, but this trip was our best yet. This house had plenty of seating for the eight of us, comfortable beds, and a well stocked kitchen. The pool was great and well secluded behind the house, and the storage closet was full of pool and beach toys, beach wagons, and anything else we needed! If we go back to Holden Beach next year, we definitely plan on renting this house again!

Beautiful marsh views all day/evening and spectacular sunrises/sunsets. Very clean and comfortable home. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Many thoughtful touches including samples of some toiletries and detergent to get you through a few days if needed.

The house is perfect for families. It's a short walk to the beach, the kitchen was well stocked with what you need to cook. We loved our week together.

Master bedroom and Bath are awesom. Would like to see 2 double beds instead of singles. Close to beach access. Great open space in family room to play games and also cook while watching the game. We’ll be back. Would like to see a pantry or cabinets designated for dry goods.

Location is great! Clean and spacious house.

The house was perfect for our expanding family. Everyone had their own space and there was plenty of room when we wanted to get together. The kitchen, dining area and living room was open and large enough for everybody. Under the house and the pool saved our vacation.Tropical storm Debby came in while we were there. We were able to play cornhole, cards on the picnic table, grill out and swim (when it wasn't raining). Communication with the owners was first rate and despite the weather we had a great time.

I for sure will be back!

This house was perfect for us! It provided enough room for our family. We had children from 15 all the way to 2 and it met all of our needs. The walk to the beach was perfect, especially with two little kids and the pool was great to cool off after the beach. Our kids actually had a pool day instead of a beach day a couple of times. The deck around the pool was relaxing. We will definitely be looking to stay here again!

This house was very comfortable for our family of 5. The proximity to the beach access was nice. We also enjoyed afternoon swims in the pool. We hope to be back next year.

This house had everything we needed. The pool was a big hit as well as the easy beach access. The inside was very clean and looks like it was recently repainted! There were plenty of beach toys in the storage area. We will definitely consider staying here again!
