SPECTACULAR OCEAN FRONT HOME in MANTOLOKING

Lovely home in a great location

The house was terrific--plenty of room everywhere, inside and outside. Beautiful views from the upper deck. The host was most responsive and accommodating. We had a wonderful summer vacation here.

Very well stocked kitchen. Beautiful view from most upper level. Everyone enjoyed mini library and a deck access.abundance of books. Multiple levels with~40 steps to climb from lowest level to uppermost level was a challenge for older family’s members. Able to accommodate on middle level with kitchen, deck, bed, bath and

The location was great. The house was somewhat worn and tired. We had to fix the kitchen table in order to eat at it. Umbrella on the deck was unusable due to previous tearing. Banisters were In need of painting. The deck space had miscellaneous items (screens and cans) lying around. The waffle iron had been put away with food still on it - when we opened it there were flies with their eggs in it. The dryer took several cycles to dry two towels.

We had a wonderful time.. a three generation summer celebration with the easiest access to beach ever! The kids loved having our own beach area and just a few steps more to the beach-- with lifeguards! I highly recommend it for a great family vacation spot. Everything and more as promised.

Great house, great location!

Ease and luxury sums it up for this wonderful beachfront property. The beach is just steps away, plenty of relaxing and living space in the home, a fresh food market and bakery just steps in the other direction. I would love to stay again, should the opportunity arise.

We were so fortunate to have the opportunity to rent this beautiful home on the beach!! This is a home that is meant to be shared with family and friends and we certainly did that. There are two master suites on the upper level which made it wonderful for having another couple or family come to visit. There is plenty of room for teenagers or kids to sleep. The beds are super comfortable and I felt like I was at a beautiful hotel because every convenience you could think of was provided. The owners were beyond accommodating and lovely to deal with. They knew we had a long drive arriving on Saturday and arranged for the cleaning service to come early and allowed us to check in at 11 AM. This was wonderful and gave us the day to shop and get settled with still time to enjoy the beach day. The beach is one of the nicest I have ever been on at the New Jersey store.. there are lifeguards and although the home comes with eight beach badges no one even checks.. Due to COVID, many restaurants were short on staff and it was very difficult to get reservations so we did a lot of grilling in the beautiful backyard.. there is a fire pit and the kids roasted marshmallows at night while listening to music as the house is equipped with Sonos throughout inside and out. My son is a 16-year-old and of course he most permitted to have three of his friends down for much of the time. The house is stocked with bicycles, boogie boards and all sorts of games which kept them quite busy…. They could not of had more fun! My very favorite part of each morning was sitting outside on the upper terrace and drinking coffee while just taking in that beautiful ocean view. It is perfect for watching a magnificent sunrise because all you need to do is roll out of bed a little before 6 AM watch it and tumble back into bed and sleep in. There are plenty of delis and a wonderful Italian specialty store very close by which was very convenient for picking up lunches, dinners and snacks. If you decide to experience this NJ shore oasis you will make many great memories! Thank you to the very gracious and accommodating owners for sharing their lovely home with us.
