Spectacular - Main Lake Home - Huge Dock - Sleeps 18

Excellent place to share with the family totally recommended

Been coming here for the last 6 years always a good time.

This is a beautiful home and property. We had one day in the 70’s and the kids took the kayaks for a trip on the lake. The remaining days were seasonally cold and we enjoyed a fire in the fireplace every day. We had 13 people including a few kiddos and there was plenty of room for everyone. We will return to enjoy this home in the summer.

The house was awesome. The hosts were good and quick to answer any questions. However, check-out needs to be at noon rather then 10 am.

We had a wondful vist here. What a gem! Everything from start to finish was 100% perfect! Beautiful place and wonderful covered dock and a nice fore pit and chairs. Good and deep at the dock too! Everything you need! Thank ypu for sharing tour wonderful lake home!

The house was better than advertised! Plenty of entertainment around the house as well as a roomy dock for swimming. Scott and Jason both were avaliable by phone for any questions we had. Their response to emails or by phone was very quick and provided answers to any questions we had. 16 were in our party and we all had an excellent experience to close out the summer on labor day weekend.

It was a great space for our family to get together with our relatives in Roanoke Rapids and Raleigh.

This is a really great lake property, especially for the value! It is near the marina so easy to pick up boats, and just across the bridge for easy access. It has all the amenities you would want at a lake house including kayaks, life preservers, and slips for your own boat and waverunners. There were a few cobwebs on the dock and house, but it was a quick clean up. It has a great gradual sloping lawn and lots of play zones including quick connect Bluetooth speakers on the dock. Loud enough for the whole backyard actually. The house has a great downstairs party zone including kitchen and pool table. Tons of beds and sleep areas. 11 bicycles in the garage plus ping pong. It's in a great neighborhood and very walkable as well. Would highly recommend! It's got a very comfortable Lake vibe. It has all the amenities but not overly fancy.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful lakeside house on Lake Gaston! The location was perfect—right on the water with gorgeous views and easy access for swimming and boating. The home was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making it ideal for our family gathering. There was plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy both indoor and outdoor activities, and the peaceful lake setting made it even more special. We highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a family-friendly getaway or a relaxing lakeside retreat.

We had a wonderful weekend! Great location and great home! Only issue was code didn’t work to get in house but called the owner and it was fixed in 2 minutes. Owners very responsive. Would rent here again for sure.

My husband and kids love to fish off the dock of this house so we try to book it every year or so. The owners are accommodating and the house is always nice and tidy for our arrival.

Our Family stayed for 2 nights to celebrate Thanksgiving. The house was perfect.....great kitchen, lots of space for everyone to spread out and plenty of beds. This is a great house for a large group and the views are amazing!

This was a great property! Our group always does a summer trip to Lake Gaston. We wanted to experience it in the fall. This property was very accommodating for our group. The neighborhood was really nice for walks. The house had plenty of sleeping quarters and spaces to hang out. The dock and views were awesome! I would highly recommend.

Lots of space, loved the game room for everyone to be able to hang out together and the dock for fishing/jumping off the high jump.

our family had a wonderful time . The house and boat area was great. So peaceful. Wonderful views. Neighborhood was nice to walk in. Nice grill. lots of space! Scott was so nice to help with questions . Hope to go again!

Plenty of space for our group of 13. Kitchen well equipped w griddle , Keurig & percolator coffee makers. Xtra garage fridge. The dock provided a space to keep a pontoon boat and was big enough for sunbathing , fishing & swimming. Washer & dryer provided. You do need to bring your own linens: bath towels and sheets and kitchen towels.

Stayed with family. We all had a great time in the lake, on the dock and in the house. I appreciate Scott’s prompt responses.

Great place, outside spaces excellent dock and exterior deck very nice. Kitchen and dining spacious and well supplied.

This house was amazing! The photos don’t compare to when you see this in person. The whole house was great! There were more beds and room then you could count. Enough space for everyone. Wonderful for large groups or a large family! The yard was wonderful and great for outdoor activities! The deck was an amazing place to hangout and float. Neighbors were extremely nice and let us know they were there if we needed anything. Only very minimal things were the dock was a little older and got kind of tough with more than one boat. The water gets a little rough on main lake and at the dock especially since we had storms come through. But that is just what it is like being a house on main lake. Water was calm in the morning, we were able to paddle board. This weekend was also a busy weekend in the lake due to Memorial Day. None of that stopped us from having a wonderful time! Would deffinetly love to rent this place again and would recommend this place!!
