Great location, Hot tub, Kayaks, Water Bouncer and Mat, Paddleboards, Pool Table

It is hard for me to put into words how wonderful our time spent here meant to all of us. We were down for funeral services and our family gathered at the lake to share memories, laughs, tears and honor a very dear family member that passed away. Everything was perfect and we all left feeling truly happy for a beautiful home, fantastic location, and wonderful hosts. It had been 25 plus years for some of the family to be back on the lake where they grew up, and the ability to see their old family's place on the lake from the dock was truly priceless. We rented a pontoon for our stay, and it is a very easy ride to local spots or just out to cruise. I would highly recommend. 10 out of 10, and our family has already requested to come back when water is warmer. Thank you, Thank you for sharring your home with us.

The lake house is beautiful. We have stayed here twice and we hope to come again. We loved the sunsets on the dock.

House suited our needs as a family for Thanksgiving

We have stayed at this house 3 times now. It is one of our favorites on Lake Gaston.

The house is beautiful and was perfect for our family gathering! The hosts truly thought of everything - the kitchen was well-outfitted and the water “toys” were great. The lake location is peaceful and sunsets were gorgeous. Highly recommend this property!

The kids are already asking if we are booking this house again for next summer! All around, this was a beautiful home with anything and everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The kids spent every day swimming and jumping from the upper level of the boat house. The water is plenty deep enough and we all took advantage. We lost count at the number of fish we caught. The kayaks and paddleboards provided hours of fun. The home was clean and exactly as depicted in the pictures. The bedroom over the garage was huge! The only suggestion would be to update the mattresses, especially the king room. It sags pretty bad in the middle. We are absolutely going to try and book this home again for future vacations. Owners were very responsive to messages.

This is our 4th stay at this property and it’s always perfect start to finish. Communication with the owner is great, the property fits our group perfectly with space for everyone. The outdoor areas and dock are fantastic. Property is clearly cared for and well taken care of. We enjoy it every year!

We come here every year with a group of 10 people. The house is large enough for everyone to be comfortable and the amenities are terrific. There is something here for everyone and we enjoy spending time outside on the dock.

This house was perfect for our annual winter girls trip! We relaxed in the hot tub, went for walks, read books, reminisced, cooked meals and gathered in both living rooms to play games and to watch football games! Would definitely come back!

The weather was perfect for being outdoors all day, and this home has plenty of areas to relax and enjoy the beautiful setting.

We were very thorough when looking at places to stay. This house stands out above the rest because of so many things. 1-Its location, quiet road, but also the water off the backyard is deep and swimmable, not swampy like some homes. 2-Amentiites so many fun toys that the host is happy to share with guests 3-Hot tub really nice for the kids to warm up in after the lake 4- So much space, to sleep and entertain all ages so everyone can do what they enjoy. We will be back!

This was our first time at this property and will not be our last!! Great location and great house that was super clean. Although the pictures are great the actual house is even more spacious and roomy. Plenty of space for our group to settle in together... or apart if desired. The boat house was fantastic and most of our party enjoyed jumping off the second story into the lake waters that were plenty deep for the activity. Being situated at the mouth of this wide cove provides both the cove feeling AND main lake feeling. It was the best of both worlds. The lake toys were provided as stated and allowed for a variety of fun activities. Can't wait to go back!!!

We’ve been coming for 5 years now. Best vacation spot for all of us.

Our group (three families with adult children) thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful lakefront home. Some of the things we really appreciated: * There were three coffee makers on the main level and an additional coffee maker in the kitchen on the lower level. * Plenty of cups, dishes & silverware. * Lots of pots, pans, utensils. * All appliances that we used were in good working order. * Tons of seating, both inside and outside! * AC did a great job keeping up, except at night. We were there during a particularly hot week and were surprised how cool the home stayed all day. * Lovely lighting all around the property meant we didn't need to use annoying overhead lights for everything. Perfect soft light lamps abound! * We never ran out of ice! Seriously - the main level refrigerator & freezer produced a ton of ice, plus the ice maker on the lower level was a great bonus. * Internet was great, as was cable (watched Olympics at night) Really minor issues noted: * Some of the interior door locks (press button locks) wouldn't function. This was most inconvenient on bathroom doors, but also noted it on some of the bedroom doors. * Fridge on the mail level made a sound like a phone ringing that took us a few days to figure out - you'll only hear it when you open/close the fridge doors and the house is quiet. * Dock edge cleats installed backwards, which almost caused a pinched finger to two. Just be cautious! Overall highly recommend! Host was lovely and responsive, also!
