Spectacular Lake View Home, Private Hot Tub, 7 Bdrm, 5 Bath

Amazing place, we had a fabulous trip.

Jason was a great host and the place was perfect for me and my family over Christmas. The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The view was amazing — relaxing in the hot tub while looking out over the lake and mountains was a highlight. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

Loved the new, larger hot tub, the gas fireplace downstairs, and the ping pong table. Bedrooms are big enough and beds are comfy. Lots of bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms are plenty.

The place was fantastic! The views were great. The beach is a bit of a walk or very short drive but is fantastic for kids and families. I wouldnt hesitate to book in the future again.

What can I say, it was a perfect house for a large group. Soooo many bedrooms, all kept clean. The view was incredible! Large sitting spaces in multiple rooms inside and out. We’ve been travelling to Invermere for years for a golf trip and this was by far our favourite place we have stayed. Shelley was amazing to deal with, kind, up front and honest. Thanks for a great few days

Very convenient location, lots of space and a great layout to the house. Plenty of rooms and areas for people to do different things.

Shelly kept in touch from the first point of the booking right through till after our stay.This was the best Christmas our family has had in years. We were all together in a beautiful home in a wonderful winter land, Shelly’s lake home in Timber Ridge.Shelly had her lake home beautifully decorated, Christmas tree up, patio lights, it’s was magical. The home is completely stocked for a stress free vacation. All you need is your food! Highlights, the view, ping pong table, the view, huge hot tub, the view, everyone had their own bedroom, fireplace, huge kitchen, everyone was able to be doing prep work etc together, did I tell you the view! My Grandson and his mother had never experience snow, so a trip to Panorama for his first ski lesson, and where they learned to make snow angels! My grandson (8) loves winter, (not his mother) the snow and he is addicted to skiing.An experience he could never get in the UK. The inside of the home was perfect, there was construction on the home on the outside and the construction of a huge garage, which not fault of the owners, it was not completed on time by the contractors. Shelly adjusted the rate to compensate for the inconvenience and we made it work. We thank Shelly and her family for the extra effort to make our stay priceless. I can only imagine how wonderful this locating would be in the summer.Once construction is completed this home along with your friends and family, wonderful memories can be made.

The lake house is situated in a fantastic neighbourhood with easy access to so many great amenities. It was a perfect location for our first post-pandemic family vacation. The house is large, well-stocked and easily accommodated our large group of 12. The home has recently undergone renovations so not all of the photographs and details on the VRBO listing accurately reflected the property, but the renovations that have been completed have made it better. The only downside was that the renovations and landscaping weren’t entirely complete before our stay due to some apparent delays. We didn’t know about the renovations prior to booking but our host did contact us a couple of weeks before our stay to inform us of the issue and was very cooperative in finding a workable solution with us. There were some minor things inside that weren’t finished that we had to be wary of with young children and the landscaping was not complete so we had limited use of the yard but still had full use of the beautiful deck and plenty of space for parking. I would definitely recommend this property to others and would certainly consider staying here again, especially once the landscaping and renovations are complete.

Great stay, some renovations were ongoing so outside still had clean up to do. Deck and short walk to beach more than made up for it.
