Spectacular Home near Breweries & River District!

The hosts were very nice and the property is located on a quiet street. The bedroom and bathroom were extremely clean and it was great to get my laundry done before hitting the road.

Wonderful home. And Stacy was very friendly and accommodating, especially when we had to move from one property to another. Everything was clean and the property was very comfortable and cozy. Close to old town FC as well.

Lights in certain rooms, flickered on and off. There are some maintenance issues that need to be tended to. The pick up and drop off of the garbage cans was a surprise to us when we heard the Garage Door opening late at night. Response time is very delayed. If there’s an emergency, I would require faster response time.

Home was exactly as described. It was warm and inviting. Super easy to check in and out - great to have keypad to enter and leave home. House was so clean and spacious. Comfy beds. All around wonderful experience. Would stay here again!

Property is clean and kept up pretty well.Bikes are available, but tires were flat and there was no pump I could see.

Perfect location, close to a few breweries. Grocery store up the block, 5 minute drive. Super quiet house. On street parking, Safe and secure garage as well. We would definitely book again.

We had a really nice trip. We had a little hiccup with the hvac but the only reason I mention it is to tell you that Stacy and her team were ON IT. They sent someone right over, arranged a repair and communicated with us about it. Really good service and a really nice place.

We were up there to see our daughter at school and found this great little spot. Minutes away from campus and old town, very clean spot, quiet neighborhood, perfect little 2 bedroom spot for basically the same price as a hotel for us traveling with a family of 4. Stacy was awesome, very responsive. Only stayed 1 night, wish it was more, but we're happy we found this spot for the next couple years of our daughter being up there.

We stayed in this awesome mountain getaway during 2024 CSU homecoming weekend. We are so pleased with our host, Stacey, the cleanliness and hospitality. Great location and super friendly!!
