Stayed Sep 30, 2024Wonderful experience from the reservation process through to checking out. The property is quite comfortable and functional and felt new - we had everything we needed. Property management was very responsive and available. It’s an excellent location to enjoy the ocean as well as do day trips to Portland, Ogunquit, York, etc. The entire experience exceeded expectations!

Stayed Aug 3, 2024Lovely location. Our second stay at the property. This time there were a few issues: water leak in second floor bedroom ceiling, kitchen faucet handle kept falling off, and most concerning, protruding nails at base of round table in front of tv. Notified Jaime who was at the property to address the issues when we were checking out.

Stayed Oct 25, 2023This house is in a perfect location. Stepping out the door to the beach is wonderful. Main floor of home with windows all facing water was perfect for sunrise and sunsets across the street.

Stayed Jun 1, 2022This was our first stay at a VRBO property & we were extremely pleased! Everything was exactly as pictured (even better in person!) & it was such an easy process! Jamie was very helpful, even giving dining suggestions in the area! We will most definitely be booking a VRBO again!
