Great house! The pool has a fountain and blue lights come on automatically at night, which is really fun. The location is quiet, but close enough that you can walk to shopping or several pubs and restaurants.

House is beautiful clean comfortable and well equipped. We enjoyed our stay and our 16 month old grandson had a blast in the pool

This property has it all! Super clean, beautifully appointed, uncluttered, generously equipped with all potential needs during our 8-day stay accounted for. The pool area is beautiful and secluded….a private oasis! The pool is heated and caged and is very clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and in close proximity to the beach and local attractions. The hosts were very responsive and friendly. This property checks all of our boxes! We loved this home and will be looking to book it again without a doubt!

We had a great time. Very well located to all beaches and attractions. Most well stocked with toiletries, bath, laundry, and kitchen essentials VRBO that we've been too. We did go places but the kids would have rather just stayed and swim in the pool all day.

What a lovely house! My family of four had the best spring break The whole outdoor area was perfect for relaxing by the pool or sitting under the patio reading a book. The location was great, too. Plenty of restaurants near by, but we were also close enough to downtown Naples and Bonita Springs to meet friends for dinner. If we are ever in the area again we would definitely want to stay here. House was very clean and well appointed. Pool was particularly beautiful and great temp even though we had some chilly nights. Location was fantastic to shopping, beaches and restaurants. Neighborhood was very quiet.

This Naples home is immaculate and decorated so nicely! We felt so welcomed from the moment we opened the front door. Our favorite place to relax was out by the beautiful pool and in the lanai area. The landscaping in the backyard makes the pool area lovely and very private.We slept like babies on their new mattress.The owners/hosts of the property were absolutely the BEST! They responded immediately whenever we had any questions. And, the hosts have stocked the home with every single thing you might need!We loved every single minute of our 3-week long stay!

This beautiful beachy cottage gets 10's all around. Updated throughout, great kitchen with supplies that leads into family room perfect for family game night. Pool area is a dream with several seating areas to relax. Quiet neighborhood. To Vanderbilt beach access it's about a 25-30 min walk but we recommend clam pass which is in opposite direction to the north which is more secluded, sand seems softer and water was clearer and seashells we found were incredible. If driving, you have to park in parking area before bridge and walk over about 1/2 mi but we were dropped off right in front. Then when you get on beach from access, walk a little ways to the right down beach for more privacy. Naples Country Club restaurant is within walking distance. It's like a dive bar with good food, locals, and TV's with sports games. Pure Florida for a sightseeing cruise of all the millionaire homes then get ice cream located in Tin City shops, it was excellent!! So while your scrolling thru dozens of choices to stay and reading reviews, no need to look any further, this is the place to stay, 12's all around and maybe even a 20 for cleanliness. OCD person here about germs and dirt and this place was so clean!!! Stay here:)

This was by far the best vacation home we have stayed at in Naples! We come down once a month from Chicago and will absolutely stay here again! Amazing pool and outdoor space!

This is my second time staying at this property. Perfect home for a beach getaway. House is new and clean, lots of great little touches to make your stay comfortable. Great location near beach and shops. Outdoor area and pool are amazing. Will definitely be back.
