Great location, quiet, clean and well stocked. WIFI worked great as cell coverage is shaky in the area. Check in instructions we great and easy to accomplish.

We came up for a family wedding for three nights. The setting was so quiet and serene, it gave us the perfect place to refuel. Loved the morning fog creeping up the valley, and then full sun to make the splendid garden thrive. It’s a beautifully built home and very well appointed.

We had some old friends come from the East Coast to attend a wedding with us and one of them had never been to the Coast of Northern Ca. We lucked out with amazing sunny weather and found the location of your home perfect for walking down to Cafe Aquatica for coffee and breakfast and beach exploring and hiking was amazing. Had a fabulous dinner at Rivers End.The house was beautiful, bathrooms and kitchen is well appointed and beds comfortable. The patio and outdoor area was fun and relaxing to hang out around and watch the humming birds and listend to the babbling brook down below. Hot tub was a treat too!

This property is a wonderful home hidden away in the small community of Jenner, CA. It feels like you're staying in a well-loved and cared-for home with a stunning view of the little valley. There are multiple fire pits and a great spa. The kitchen has all you need for your meals, or find a great dining option in one of the nearby restaurants. The bedrooms are cozy, but don't have any closet space, which wasn't a big deal for us. The house was spotless when we arrived and fully stocked with all the needed paper products. Note that the freezer was a bit full, so be aware if you need something large to stay frozen.The property's gem was the garden. It is clearly a labor of love, and one could spend hours enjoying a good book in it.We also appreciated the extensive binder of information provided by the owners, including their recommendations for eating, hikes, etc. They clearly know and love the local area and share that enthusiasm with you. It also included multiple additional contacts for assistance.We only had one question submitted to the owners and got a quick response to it, which was appreciated.Be aware that cell coverage is a challenge all over this area, but the WiFi was solid and allowed me to stay caught up on some lingering work issues and our social media and streaming needs.Check-out was standard, with a small but reasonable checklist.We're looking forward to the next time we can book this fantastic property.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Rick's beautiful home. The location was exactly what we were looking for, the house was beautiful and clean, and they had plenty of recommendations for activities to do in the area. Our ONLY issue was that the hot tub was not working when we arrived, but they were able to get it fixed on our last night of the stay. Highly recommend this wonderful spot!

The place was very comfortable. Jenner offered hiking and kayaking. But what made this place special is that the kitchen had EVERYTHING you would need. We would definitely come back again

Lovely home in a quiet setting with easy access to the Sonoma coast. Great views of a small gulch from the deck with sounds of the creek and filled with birds - lovely to watch the fog roll in and out. Beautiful gardens, well-stocked kitchen. Hosts provided great recommendations on restaurants and hikes. Highly recommend.

My husband and I stayed for a long weekend to celebrate our anniversary, and it was absolutely perfect. The location is walkable to 'downtown' Jenner and the lovely riverside, and easily accessible to hiking trails in the area. The house itself is well outfitted with comfy spots for relaxing both indoors and out, and the hot tub/ outdoor shower is unmatched! Property was clean and easily accessible with good info from the hosts.

I echo the other reviewers’ comments regarding this rental. It is a modern, immaculate house with beautiful bathrooms and convenient amenities. As another review mentioned, there is nowhere to store or hang your clothes, so be prepared to live out of your suitcase. Rick was extremely helpful and answered any question promptly. Jenner is centrally located to several wineries and good spots to eat. We would return if in the area

We enjoyed a peaceful, relaxing, super fun and at the same time meditative and therapeutic stay at this beautiful home. It had gorgeous views of the valley, we could see the river, and there was a babbling creek below us that set the mood perfectly. We adored the gardens and all the space to Just Be out side and the views from the comforting hot tub. Everything from the beds, pillows, showers, stocked kitchen hit all the right notes for us. Will be happy to stay here again. Thank you!!

This place was wonderful to decompress from some very stressful weeks at work. The First thing that grabbed my attention was the garden and I had to look at everything. Fortunate to be there when everything was in full bloom. Just beautiful. Inside, immaculately clean. The kitchen is very well appointed. Comfortable furniture and beds. The hot tub was great and clear skies at night for stargazing while soaking. I spent a lot of time sitting on the outdoor sofa in the sunshine listening to the birds and reading a book. We did not use either of the outdoor fireplaces. We have 2 small complaints: first towels are provided but no washcloths, second, there was nowhere to put our clothes. I hate living out of a suitcase, I unpack, then throw things into the suitcase after I wear them to save repacking time. There are drawers on the bedframe, but they were packed full of clothes. The closet in one of the bedrooms was locked, and in the other bedroom there isn't one at all. The bedroom without a closet had a luggage rack to set a suitcase on, the other did not.

Best vacation rental we’ve ever stayed at! Extremely cozy, everything very well prepared for our arrival, excellent labeling of everything, location was absolutely stunning. Escaping the city to listen to the birds and creek on the back deck was an absolute joy. Thanks for having us.
