Charming Coastal Cottage-Entire Home Sleeps 6, Perfect for Couples+Families

The host was incredibly communicative, even before check-in, making the entire process smooth and leaving no questions unanswered. We absolutely loved the home—it had everything we needed and such a warm, homey feel. I stayed with my parents, and we all kept saying we wished we could extend our stay. The hot tub was a wonderful bonus, and the home itself was beautifully remodeled with great features. The location was also perfect, just a short drive to everything we needed. Highly recommend! Will hopefully be back :)

Everything was fantastic, and the area gorgeous. One of the best VRBOs I've stayed at.

We loved our stay at Clarke Gables West! Everything was clean and organized, with very comfortable beds. The views were gorgeous of the Russian River and the hills surrounding it. My favorite spot was on the back porch with a cup of coffee just looking around. The kitchen was amazing - we ended up cooking both nights we were there and had all we needed to cook with, including the grill on the porch. We brought our two kids, 1 and 4, who absolutely loved the play space downstairs and all the exploring they could do. We also had my husband’s parents, who have somewhat limited mobility, and everything they needed was on the main floor. Lauren was very communicative and helpful, although we didn’t have many questions or issues during our stay since everything was so well set up. We’re looking forward to coming back soon!

The home is lovely. Clean, tidy, high quality furnishings and appliances, well stocked with cooking and dining items, as well as a broad assortment of pantry items. Beautiful views, comfortable beds, great gas fireplace, terrific location close to available services in Jenner and nearby hiking trails and beaches. Lauren was incredibly responsive when issues arose. My family with three adult children had an amazing time. Can’t recommend the experience highly enough.

What an amazing home to spend a holiday with family! Can’t say enough about the accommodations. The entire home is remodeled to the highest quality while still feeling cozy and inviting. The views are incredible, with the sound of a stream off the back deck. The property owner is lovely. We look forward to staying at Clarke Gables West again in the future!

This house is lovely and very clean. The host is very communicative. The house came with everything we needed and was a perfect fit for our family of 6. Would definitely recommend it!

The house is recently remodeled and very nicely done: open, spacious, and well equipped. It is very bright and open inside, with high ceilings and tons of windows to enjoy the beautiful view. One of the nicest places I've rented on VRBO (or other rental sites like it). There were also lots of kids books and toys (and a whole play area) that made it a wonderful trip with my 5yo as well. The host was very responsive and accommodating. One tricky thing to note: the street is one lane wide so a bit tricky if you meet an oncoming vehicle, but parking is easy and off-street. My only hesitation in recommending: I fear it won't be available next time k want to stay there once everyone finds out about it. :-)
