Our stay at this home was nice the trails we love and go every year .This was our first time at this house tho. It's a really cute older home and we made ourself at home for a month there. There were a few things we had to deal with the pool needs cleaning all the time there's lots of landscaping, big trees over it and palms all over very pretty but very messy, there is no grass anywhere just big rocks so no place for the dogs to run and enjoy . The pool was really dirty when we got there things weren't working on the pool so no pool til Wednesday afternoon and we got there sat . Dan the host is very good answers right away and tries to help. So then his pool guy didn't come back the next week and the pool turned green yuck never ever saw that and we rent alot of homes going on 5-6 yrs now. So no pool for a few more days . Then he found a new pool guy and it was fix yay so we thought ! storms come and lots of stuff went in the pool and turned green again we gave up !! it's just too much work for a vacation property. I Don't believe we will be back . Thank you Dan for trying to make it work your a very nice host. I'm just letting people know if you don't want to clean a pool everyday .

Well equipped and stocked for a comfortable extended stay. Traditional bungalow with updated bath and kitchen. Nicely landscaped and the swimming pool is perfect for stay at home leisure. Location is great, walk or bike to downtown Dunedin. Owner very attentive and responsive. I'd stay here again.

Cary and I spent 2 months in this lovely home, Jan 1-Feb 28, 2017, and hated to leave! We were very comfortable and felt quite at home. We ended up meeting a lot of the neighbors, many of whom have lived in the neighborhood for decades. It was a treat to be just steps from the Pinellas Trail, an easy bike ride to downtown Dunedin to the north and Clearwater to the south. Honeymoon Island and the ferry to Caladesi State Park are within 10 miles, easily accessible whether you bike, run, or drive. Dan was a superb host, easily accessible by email or phone, and quickly responsive to every request. Dunedin is indeed a treasure!

We have just returned from a pleasant two month stay at this cute house. The grounds are very pleasing to the eye and Dan continues to make improvements. Dan was very good to deal with. He was up front with me stating that the kitchen and bathroom were not updated. Having said that they were very clean and functional. All appliances were new. The TV/wifi great. Location is great, close to two beautiful beaches, Clearwater and Honeymoon Island. The cycling/walking path is out the front door. The baseball stadium is close by as is the quaint town of Dunedin. You will enjoy your stay!

We stayed in this home for 5 weeks last week of Dec thru Jan 2016. It's very nice and clean and has new kitchen appliances that you don't see in the listing picture. Also has two twin beds not shown in picture. Very nice beds and very comfortable furniture. Good Tv and great wifi. The neighborhood is very quiet and a great walking and biking path almost right next to house. It's great to walk and bike on. I spent so much time on the comfortable back porch. Another great thing about this house is its location very close to the little quaint town of Dunetin We loved it. Everyone so friendly and good places to eat. Several golf courses close by and clearwater Beach and other beaches close by too. Also close to Tampa and Tarpon Sorings. It's just a sweet home that's comphy and the owner is a great person to rent from.

We stayed the month of February. 2015. The house is thoughtfully furnished. Its location on the Pinellas Trail made bike trips to town easy. Another scenic bike route was Along the Gulf.. The owner, Dan, was cordial and helpful. Wish we'd been able to book for another month, but it was taken!
