Stayed Nov 3, 2025The place was spotlessly clean, in a good neighborhood, well-equipped and convenient to a grocery store and to bus travel into Arnhem center. The only negatives were that it was a little chilly, and the lighting system (with remotes) didn't seem to operate. There is a microwave and stove top but no oven. The stairs are very steep and the bathroom areas are downstairs with the bedroom up, so not suitable for anyone with limited mobility. The communication with the host was excellent. The couch/bed is very comfortable.

Stayed Apr 10, 2025Great property in a quiet suburb. Easy 10 minute walk to grocery and a few restaurants. Parking on street was easy to find. Main cons were the bathroom (very small & no sink so had to go to kitchen or shower to wash hands). Also, the stairs to the bedroom are verrrry steep so had to be very careful (owner mentioned this in listing). Overall, a great place to stay.

Stayed Dec 23, 2023We very much enjoyed staying at this flat, great location, close to the city centre and a lovely quiet neighbourhood, with a supermarket a 5min walk away. The place itself had everything we needed and the most comfortable sofa! As mentioned before, the toilet is really small (especially for long Dutch legs), but the rest of the flat was homely and comfortable. We'll be back if we can!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969In an interesting area now known as the “Fashion Quarter” which features a lot of artisans including artists, clothes makers, jewellers, ceramicists etc, this traditional house has a lovely big living/ dining room, a kitchen with a bar stools for 2 and basic but adequate equipment - no dishwasher and only a multipurpose microwave/ grill/ oven so not great for cooks or family meals. The shower room is really good with a good shower, the very steep staircase to the bedroom is fine but not if you have a problem with general mobility. The bed is great, comfortable and firm. The loo is tiny and any large people will struggle to lock/shut the door so you will need to know your fellow guest(s) very well ! Plenty of parking close by.

Stayed Aug 29, 2018A very nice little apartment. The stairs are steep but have a good hand rail. The toilet room is small and could use a good exhaust fan. We were very busy with friends and family who live nearby so this apartment worked well for us.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We stayed here for two nights to enable visits to the Arnhem bridge, the Airborne Museum (Absolutely excellent) and the Netherlands outdoor museum (Excellent). The house is mid terrace but there is no noise from anywhere. The house is spacious and very clean but there are typical steep Dutch stairs to the bedroom. The downstairs loo is a little cramped so anyone with limited mobility should be aware. There is a small back 'garden' with a sunny aspect and it's about 20 mins walk to town with a small supermarket along the way. There appeared to be no English TV channels available (may have been user error!) but WiFi was fast enough to watch via a laptop. The owner was extremely helpful and quick to respond to queries. Deposit returned same day.
