Stayed Dec 23, 2025Wish I could give more than five stars! Thank you for an excellent stay. Your home was so comfortable and had everything generously provided including dish soap and laundry detergent. Everything was clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen was well stocked with all the equipment we needed. Sound machines in each bedroom were a nice touch. Communication was excellent. Thank you so much!!

Stayed May 8, 2025I highly recommend this home. Very well maintained and very spacious rooms. Even the smaller bedrooms were large. I've done many vacation rentals previously. I'd have to say this was the best experience so far.

Stayed Aug 21, 2024Everything was great.. Beds very comfy, large couch in living room perfect for movie nights, convenient location to town/ restaurants. And we played cornhole in the backyard and board games in the dining room.

Stayed Jun 30, 2024This is a great location to be able to experience all that Wilmington has to offer! Close to the beach, great restaurants, downtown, and attractions. The house has a great layout, and is comfortably furnished. The beds were comfortable too. Major bummer that the master bedroom does not have AC. Zero cold air coming out of the vents. I did mention to the host that this bedroom was much hotter than the rest of the house, but I didn’t not get a response to that. Sleeping and getting ready was uncomfortable. We tried to stay out of there the rest of the time because it was so hot (July). The towels smelled like mildew so we had to wash them all before we used them.
