Spacious Victorian w/Game Room & Hot Tub

I totally enjoy my stay. Quite neighborhood with shopping in walking distance.

Kitchen very well equipped. Air conditioning worked great.

The house was spotless and great for large groups! A/C kept the house cool. Lots of games for the kids and adults to play. Great hangout space to large gatherings even for family reunions. Host was so responsive and checked in just enough but never too much! Would have given a 5 on everything, but it is a half a block from a bar with music that was audible inside the home, but never over bearing. Turn on a fan or white noise and you would never know.

This was a fantastic property. It was clean, well maintained, and included everything we could need for a good stay. The home had an old-school charm with great care taken to preserve that feeling, while all amenities were up to date. Great kitchen and living areas to gather, cook, eat, and be together. Highly recommend this home.

Just a really great stay. I wish the master bathroom was attached to the master bedroom and that the garage gameroom had air conditioning, but other than that...really great place.

The pictures don’t do this property justice. It has such an open and roomy living area and the house has a wonderful aesthetic. The stay was wonderful!

This satisfied all of our needs. Plenty of stores and restaurants nearby and an easy Uber ride into town. Tina was very accessible and responsive. The house was well stocked with essentials. Thanks for a great long weekend!

When they say spacious, they mean it. The large kitchen was open to the dining room and then a large family room—lots of sitting. The front living room was nice too. It is easy for six or so people to gather for a chat. One evening, we had a great time playing pool in the garage. There was no air but a ceiling fan and we opened the door. This was late July - so cooler weather it would even be more fun. The only thing I think you might want to know (and it can be good or bad depending) There are several bars (nice ones) one street over and at the corner. My adult children (20s and 30s) walked over and enjoyed them. One has a sand volleyball pit. They loved that was close and they didn't have to drove. But there was a loud base until 2 am. So the note about being quiet after 9 at the backdoor was kind of funny. They did provide earplugs. I couldn't find something and the host replied immediately. Communication was fast and easy. My 2-year-old grandson loved the house. We all did. We were in town for a wedding in Roundrock and we all left very happy with the house and location.

the space easily accommodated our group of 11. Nice kitchen and appliances. The nonstick skillets were in sad shape. The two large ones were beyond use. Bar around the corner played loud music several nights.
