Stayed Feb 24, 2024Great spot for our yearly boys ski trip. Game room was perfect entertainment for our 8 night stay this year keeping us busy playing ping pong and pool every night. The boulder walking trail down the street was also very cool and scenic to go visit. No complaints or issues with the neighborhood as it was always quiet and peaceful. Overall we were all happy with our stay at this house and had a great time from check in to check out! Highly recommend!

Stayed Jul 29, 2023It was a nice property, easy to locate, convenient to North Conway. Property Manager was very prompt in communicating with us. We enjoyed our stay and the games in the lower level were great fun! Enjoyed the fire pit and grill. Open kitchen, dining, living room.

Stayed Aug 24, 2023Thank you Mike and Dawn. Italians always get it right. :) Great place, just off the main artery 16 and 112 113, baseball throw from the transfer station. I'm just getting started. We had some sun on the way up, then rain. However, this lil place had indoor fun, pool table, foosball, and ping pong to help make it fun til it cleared up. Everyone had a place to sleep, even bringing the last in law around..ahem... it was manageable. Epic! First Vrbo for us. Much love!!
