Spacious vacation home, close to beach. Great Location and Amazing views.

Great house, location etc. Not very clean. I contacted the owner right away, she replied she would take care of it. We stayed six days, no further action taken. Furniture and carpet very worn.

Your home was such a beautiful and comfortable place for my girlfriends to spend some time together. The beds were all so comfortable, and the place was so clean. We will definitely stay here again when we do another trip together.

The home is accommodated my family of 10 comfortably. We were able to gather together for games and meals at one table easily. The kitchen was well equipped for any meal prep. We didn’t lack anything. We would return for another visit.

Fantastic proximity to the beach, excellent amenities, super clean and well decorated home.Double deck, half wrap porch is perfect for sunsets and late night storm watching. Easy walk to the beach for sunrises and accommodating toddler naps.

My wife and I stayed at this property for 3 months. The house is excellent. The neighborhood is quiet yet still close to restaurants and many great golf courses. Had lots of company so the house can accommodate a good size group. The owner is extremely attentive and easy to reach and deal with. An all around good experience.

My family enjoyed staying at this wonderful property over Christmas week. Conveniently located, the property was clean and comfortable with a very well stocked kitchen for cooking/baking and serving meals. There are also plenty of games/cards available for your enjoyment too!The marsh views were gorgeous and it’s just a short walk to the beach. The home owner was very responsive during the booking and arriving process and we had no issues at all during our stay. Thank you for what will become a wonderful Christmas celebration memory for our family.

Our family of 12 enjoyed our stay here. Very nice home with all the comforts of home. Very clean, quiet and close to everything. The patio doors and screens tended to stick making them a little difficult to open and close but that was not a big deal. We would definitely stay here again.

The house is fantastic. Very comfortable and also very well equipped. The neighborhood is very quiet and convenient to everything. We have stayed in a lot of VRBO units and this is one of the best. Looking forward to our return in January 2025.

The Sandy Feet Beach house is spacious, comfortable and in a great location! There are dual air/heat controls for each floor, and plenty of drawer and closet space as well. Beds were comfortable and the showers had great pressure. All the expected appliances were there along with many utensils, pots/pans, plates, bowls, coffee cups and other small appliances like a toaster and mixer. There’s plenty of light coming through all the windows and sliders and the view of the marsh on one side of the house can’t be beat! This house is on a side street and there are plenty of places to walk along the back streets (marsh side), plus the beach is about a two minute walk in the opposite direction across the street, which has public access and parking. Plenty of TV’s downstairs and in all rooms. Just FYI...some things need some TLC: the slider doors were heavy to open and the slider door screens on both floors could not be utilized. The outdoor chairs, decking and doors are coated with some mildew and weathering. The closet doors in the upstairs back bedroom (with the two queen beds) was hard to open and the master bedroom closet was very hard to open. All the closets needed more hangers. Vickie was immediately responsive with any questions. Overall, we did enjoy our stay. Beautiful location!

Experience pure bliss at the Sandy Feet Retreat! This charming house was tailor-made for my large family's dream vacation. With the beach just minutes away and every amenity we needed we were spoiled rotten. Spending two glorious weeks there allowed us to fully unwind and create lifelong memories.

Overall it wasn’t terrible but it’s definitely not one of our favorite beach trips! The bugs were pretty bad and flying ants. Couldn’t enjoy sitting on the deck. Bunkbed was very shaky and not stable. MB shower had some gooey yellow stuff in tracks, I feel the house can definitely use some upgrading and attention for the money clients are paying.
