Stayed Aug 23, 2025Clean and modern, near downtown area. Close to shops and food. Only other thought is the stairwell to the 2nd and 3rd floors. Although steps were numerous, managed to negotiate with little effortWould definitely rent again

Stayed Aug 2, 2025We had a great stay in York! The townhouse had everything we could need and plenty of space for the whole family. Best part was the short walk to shops and being able to end the days getting ice cream and strolling on the beach just a few mins from home. The beach cart/chairs/toys made it so wonderful to enjoy the beach like a local.

Stayed Jul 12, 2025This was the perfect location for our annual York vacation! Close to town and short sands. The best part was all of the showers available for the family and the nice entryway that we could leave all of our sandy shoes etc. Wonderful rental!

Stayed Nov 27, 2024Our family of 9 very much enjoyed this place to celebrate Thanksgiving together. The photos and info are very accurate of the inside space. With 6 adults and 3 children, are appreciated having 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a well stocked kitchen, seating for us all at the dining room table and a spacious living room. So many extras with a crib, pack n play, high chair, puzzles, games, safety gates, and such. And, a very short walk to the beach, playground and an open coffee shop!! Before our family left they asked if we could meet here again in two years. Many thanks to our hosts for their communication and for sharing their place.

Stayed Oct 10, 2024Wonderful location-walking distance to town and beach. The VRBO was very clean and kitchen was nicely stocked. Our family wishes there were more bath towels which was the only negative. Love this little town.

Stayed Oct 2, 2024The location is perfect. Walk to the beach, brewery, breakfast and bars. Other great restaurants and sights a short drive away. Late at night and early morning, you can hear the surf from the deck. I would recommend this to anyone of any age, provided you don't have an issue with stairs.

Stayed Jul 27, 2024We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The host provided just about everything you could need. We had a 1 year old with us and there was a crib, pack n play and highchair along with a baby gate so we didn't have to worry about her falling down stairs. We were within walking distance of Short sands so taking out the cars was only necessary for out of town trips, shopping etc. Plenty of room for our 3 cars. Other than our beach towels and our own food and toiletries, there wasn't much else we needed to bring. An added plus, the weather cooperated.
