Spacious Townhome w/Ocean Views, Elevator, Dog Friendly & Steps to Beach

The hosts were super responsive - even on a Thanksgiving week! The house is a great location - off the main road but a block from beach and boardwalk access. It is just a few blocks to a park, the pier, and the restaurants. It is a spacious place, open lay out. We had 8 adults and 2 kids and we never felt on top of each other. This is our second stay at the property and it was great.

This is our second time at this house and we’ve absolutely enjoyed both times. All the rooms are spacious and clean. The walk to the beach is short and the amenities that are provided are just what you need on a family vacation. We have booked with multiple houses are Kure and Carolina beach and none compare to this house. Babies are able to nap due to multiple floors, we’re all able to eat together due to the big living area and kitchen, and we’re able to have so much fun in the basement with ping pong and games. We do wish that there was something to contain the flies by the trash but that is really all the complaints I have!

We have enjoyed our stay at Bella Playa. We are at a work retreat and there is plenty of room to work during the day but also retreat to our own spaces in the evening. The weather is amazing and the town is so cute! Don't hesitate to book your vacation here!

The property was lovely, exactly as described in the listing. Really spacious rooms with plenty of common areas. Kitchen was large and well stocked, made it easy to cook big family dinners. The neighborhood is great, walk to the beach in a couple of minutes. Property managers are very communicative, made checking in and out very easy. Would happily stay there again!

This was a very nice place!! All of my family enjoyed staying at this house. It was a few steps to the beach front. Restaurants were close by as well as the fishing piers. We enjoyed shopping at the gift shops. We shopped until we felt like dropping for sure ! It was an experience we will remember always. We can't wait to return to this PeaceofParadise!!

This is an excellent place to stay in Kure Beach. It is very clean, spacious, well-appointed with all basic amenities and the communication from the owner is spot on! The layout with bedrooms on multiple floors is perfect for large families who need their own space while also having a large area for being together. You can see the ocean from the 3rd floor where the kitchen and living area are which is a plus for those who want a water view. The elevator is a great enhancement for those who have issues with steps or just for convenience with loading and unloading. This location is also close to the pier and an access to the beach. Dog-friendly is another perk to this property if you are traveling with your fur baby and, as mentioned above, cleanliness is not an issue here as it is with some pet-accepting rentals...it is clean and well-maintained. We rented a golf car during our stay and I would definitely recommend that as it makes traveling to nearby points of interest quick and easy. I can highly recommend this property and would not hesitate to stay again.

The first thing you notice once inside is the level of furnishings and decorations of this rental vs. anything we've experienced before in this price range. Many times when renting at the beach you get the sense that everything was used elsewhere in a previous life. This house feels like it was well thought through and decorated to appeal to guests that want to feel comfortable and at home. The next thing you notice is the size of the place. Again comparing to other rentals, this is a huge house and although it may have the same number of beds and bedrooms as others, there is just more room on every floor to spread out and not feel like you've loaded your 10lb family into a 5lb box! Next is the location as everything is walk-able, from the beach to downtown Kure. Not having to deal with paid parking is a huge positive and makes life so much easier. Overall the house and the grounds were clean and well maintained. The communication to and from Itrip was perfect. Literally 0 issues with a beach rental is almost unheard of, but our experience was about as perfect as it gets. Thanks Itrip!

We enjoyed our stay at Bella Playa in Kure Beach. It was great to be able to bring our dog. My only feedback is that the bed upstairs was creaky, but we ultimately had a nice visit!

We greatly enjoyed our time at Bella Playa! There was ample space for family time and the proximity to the beach was great. It was such an easy walk. We had a slight issue with the elevator and we received a very quick response which resolved the issue and that was greatly appreciated. The house was very clean when we arrived and there was also adequate supplies.

We enjoyed the view at the Kure Beach home at 325 N 3rd (Bella Playa) . It was very spacious clean and we could tell well maintained. They had plenty of kitchen appliances and utensils . It was very smart to put two sets of towels in the bathrooms , it made it easy to account for them. They had plenty of beach supplies and it was a very short walk to the beach. We walked to almost everywhere because house was centrally located. The rental company was very nice and on top of things and punctual.

Second time staying at Bella Playa in Kure Beach because we had such a great time two years ago. The house is perfect for multiple families. It was clean and nicely decorated. House not directly on the beach but within walking distance. Planning to come back to Kure Beach and again will be staying at Bella Playa.

We really enjoyed our time here. The house had everything we were looking for, close proximity to beach, elevator, multiple bedrooms ect. We had 5 adults, 4 kids and had plenty of room. The communication from ITrip was great every step along the way. They were timely in their responses and were very accommodating. Would definitely stay here again.
