Stayed Mar 28, 2026Home was very nice with plenty of amenities. The storage room door key was not hanging as described...we had to search a drawer full random keys to find it...but we did! Plenty of space for mom, dad, school aged child, aunt and grandmother. Great location, close to the beach. Too early in the season for the pool unfortunately!

Stayed Jul 14, 2024Nice and quiet end unit. Perfect location as it is close to the beach and downtown Wilmington. Has a small pool access nice for kids. Stores and restaurants close by. Host checked in and seemed responsive/helpful. No issues during our stay and hope to come back again.

Stayed Jun 21, 2024The property was nice, close to the beach and in a quiet neighborhood. Pool is not private, it’s for the neighborhood. Pretty small and crowded. TV and streaming services cut out regularly or didn’t play at all. There was only one bike and very small grill. Outdoor space not very useful.
