Stayed Mar 27, 2026The home was nice, warm and comfortable. Quite neighborhood. Very pet friendly, even had a dog door. We went to adopt a puppy from a rescue, and the yard was great for the meet and greet. The rescue was very impressed. I highly recommend this wonderful home.

Stayed Feb 14, 2026This home is lovely, clean, and cozy! Location is perfect with lots of fantastic places within walking distance. Area in the back is securely fenced for pups and is a lifesaver when staying in the city! The office area in the bedroom is also very well laid out for work - great for remote work. Host was great with communication! We will definitely be looking for this place again when we travel to SLC!

Stayed Jul 17, 2025This was a good place. We greatly enjoyed the quiet neighborhood. Haveing the back covered parking was nice. The little fenced in back yard and doggy door was convinent for our pup. There was a time when the owner needed to go get somethings from the shed and we were communicated with before hand. I would recommend others to stay there.

Stayed May 5, 2025The house is in a great spot, I didn’t have any pets with me but it would be a great place to stay if you do have pets.Overall I enjoyed my stay but I did find that a few things could have used some more attention. There was a decent amount of pet hair in the back bedroom where I stayed and I had it on my clothes when I woke up in the am. Communication was also a little slow compared to other stays I’ve had.Not a huge deal but not awesome either. AC was a little wonky, I couldn’t get the house to cool lower than 76 at night with a daytime temp of 85.Other than that it was really well stocked, the location is fantastic, tons of space and a nice front porch. Front porch was pretty dirty so I had to wipe everything down before taking a seat but all in all it was a good stay.

Stayed Mar 22, 2025Great neighborhood. Convenient to food, shopping, interstate, and anything you'd want. The kitchen is equipped nicely. We and our dogs found it a perfect getaway in the SLC area, convenient for hiking, skiing, sightseeing, etc...

Stayed Feb 22, 2025The Sugar House neighborhood is very nice, close to Salt Lake City attractions, and convenient to ski areas. The house is older but has new appliances and complete utensils. The owner was very responsive. We definitely plan on staying again when we are in SLC. ar

Stayed Aug 16, 2024Location is close to Sugar House and many restaurants and stores within walking distance. House was as advertised. Great porch to sit on and relax. Very well stocked with anything we could have needed/wanted. Very responsive host.
