Spacious soundfront home with amazing views, game room, & hot tub

Everything was great. Wondering why the price has gone up so much for next year though.

The views were spectacular and the amenities were excellent.

Great for large families plenty of room, endless activities such as pool, shuffle board, ping pong, movies, games, books, kayaks, paddle boards something for everyone. The hot tub was very relaxing and swing on the porch was so comfortable. Loved watching the sunsets on the upper balcony. Kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook for a large group of people and large dining room table to sit and enjoy each other. This is the best beach house I have stayed in in the last eight years and will definitely be back.

Lots of room for everyone, and bathrooms for for all!

Great big waterfront property with lots of amenities. The main highlight is the Family room with high ceiling and lots of windows that offer a breathtaking view of the bay. Great view from the deck both at the upper and lower level. Kids loved the game room and movie/reading room. Very close to Frisco beach.

The house was beautiful and the beds were comfortable. The views of the sound from the top floor are amazing. It looks like you are on top of the water. The kids loved all ping pong and pool tables. They also have a ton of board games, puzzles, and movies. If you have a large group and want a place where you can all be together or have lots of room to spread out, definitely book the Sunshine!

I have stayed in many houses over our years of vacationing in the Outer Banks. The layout of this home is the best we have ever stayed in. The kitchen is well stocked. I would have gave my review 5 stars if the front door wasn’t so difficult to lock, there is a piece of paper with directions on how to lock the door. I never figured it out someone else had to do it for me. I couldn’t believe this house didn’t have keyless entry. It was a bit annoying, but did not hinder our stay.

I love the views. They're stunning. There are easily twice as many places to sleep as the house will accommodate, so there are plenty of options on where to put everyone. And there are plenty of bedrooms to go around. This is the third year we've stayed in the house and it could use a serious deep clean and maintenance. One toilet would not fill and one dishwasher would not drain. Hot tub could use some love. Several jets didn't function and the water was not clean looking and had funk floating in it. Love the game room though, and the fact that the dining room table actually fits 10 people. It's rare that one of these vacation homes comfortably fits all the people it claims to. So it earns 4 stars more for its potential than where it's currently at. Management could be more responsive and proactive.
