Welcome to Sand Flee - a newly updated, spacious beach house in gorgeous St. Joe Beach. The home sleeps up12 people and has been designed, and thoughtfully stocked for your beach getaway, with all the comforts of home. The home features 2 living rooms with plenty of room for lounging, NEW 50+in SMART TVs in each room, well-appointed bedrooms (5), spacious bathrooms (4.5), and plenty of private outdoor space with ocean views!

The home boasts a private pool complete with plenty of seating for catching some sun and/or relaxing while the kids play. The pool is not heated, but is open year round.

GETTING AROUND:
Mexico Beach is a short 3.9 miles away, downtown Port St. Joe (8.2 miles) and Cape San Blas (22 miles).

PETS are welcome!
The home is dog friendly only - up to 2 dogs weighing no more than 50lbs each. Dogs must be preapproved by owners and there is a $200 pet fee per dog, per stay, due at time of booking. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture and must be crated anytime the owner is not present. Guests are required to abide by all state/local pet laws. Larger dogs may be considered with owner approval prior to booking. Please be sure to include any dogs traveling with you during the booking process.

We encourage all guests to purchase TRAVEL INSURANCE through the platform or privately. Life happens and travel insurance will help protect your trip (reimburse cost if cancelled) in the event you cannot make it.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION TO NOTE:

The following must be completed within 48 hours of booking: Must sign rental agreement and upload photo of government issued ID

Must submit a $500 off-platform security hold. This hold will be scheduled after booking but will not be placed until 2 days prior to arrival and released 5 days after departure, if no damages are reported. You will not receive your access code until the deposit is scheduled/confirmed and a signed rental agreement is received.

You MUST BE 25 years old in order to book this home and the person who books the home must be present for the entire stay.

The home has 1 ring camera - located at the front door - the device has video/audio recording capabilities. They are used for check in/out and security purposes and may not be tampered with (covered, unplugged, etc.). Evidence of tampering with either camera will result in immediate trip cancellation and no refund.

*IMPORTANT* this is our home that we are excited to share with fellow beach lovers. We expect every guest to respect the home, its contents and follow the house rules to ensure a safe, enjoyable experience. This is not the house for parties and/or night owls.

! Weather Related Refunds! - We follow all local guidelines and officials’ directions when it comes to tropical storms, hurricanes, etc. We will follow our cancellation policy unless there is an active evacuation order in place and decisions will be made on a case by case basis.

    We had an outstanding experience at this property! The house was absolutely beautiful. The location was perfect; we loved being able to see the ocean from the house. There was ample parking, which was a huge bonus as this has been an issue for us in the past. The owner was AMAZING—super responsive and truly went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Anytime we had a question (and they were only questions, as we had no issues while there), she responded quickly and with such kindness. It’s clear she takes great pride in her property and providing a great guest experience.All around, this was a fantastic stay. We couldn’t have asked for more and would absolutely book this place again! Highly recommend!

    We absolutely loved our time at Sand Flee!! The host was great and very responsive. Close walk to the beach or an amazing day at the pool. We had a couple colder weather days so we spent them playing ping pong.. can’t go wrong staying here!! The house was clean and the neighborhood was super quiet.
