Spacious riverside Lodge w/ gameroom and covered pavilion for outdoor grilling

The lodge was great, fit 25 college guys in it comfortably. The hosts were helpful and communicated with me quickly. Would definitely recommend this lodge for a big group.

We always stay here when we come to ski WolfCreek!!! We have a group of 10+ and stay at the lodge. Always clean!!! The amenities are everything you need! Bring your food, drinks and family/friends and make the best memories. Melissa and Dan are the easiest and most kind people to work with. They have always went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed and always available to answer any questions or help in any way. Your stay here will be everything you want and like us, you will be returning customers!!!!

We celebrated thanksgiving and I proposed to my girlfriend outside it was amazing and beautiful to stay there. Saw a lot of deer and other wild life

We loved the area we got to sew in. All our needs were met and the home was very clean and comfortable. I would recommend it to anyone who need a larger home to enjoy for events.

We used this property for our wedding. The lodge held all of our friends and family comfortably during the event (27 total), and 14 of our guests stayed with us at the lodge during the week with plenty of space for everyone to do their own activities. The grounds are beautiful with the river literally right behind the back deck! Melissa was very communicative and helpful before and during our stay. If you are used to having AC, make sure you bring a fan or two- we were not prepared the first night!

Accommodations were wonderful house very clean! Great access to South Fork and surrounding towns would stay there again!

Great location to ski Wolf Creek

Myself and a group of friends stayed here for a week to board at Wolf Creek and it was everything we needed and more!! Melissa was so great and friendly. She even had the driveway plowed for us when we got snowed in. This was an unexpected and very nice surprise. South Fork is a cool little town and has everything you need for your stay and is also only 25 minutes from Wolf Creek Ski Area. Next time I come back to Wolf Creek I will be staying with Melissa!!

Our group had the most incredible stay at the Rio River Retreat in South Fork, CO. This massive wood cabin sits right on the river, creating the perfect backdrop for a winter getaway. Whether we were warming up by the fireplace after a day on the slopes or just soaking in the peaceful surroundings, every moment felt like a dream. The cabin itself is beautifully maintained, spacious, and well-equipped for a group stay. Plenty of room to spread out, yet cozy enough to bring everyone together. But what really made our stay special was the hospitality of the owners. They went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed and made us feel truly welcome. If you’re looking for a stunning, relaxing, and well-run retreat in the mountains, this is it. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will absolutely be coming back!

This is our second time to stay at the retreat, and we loved it as much as the first time. Plenty of room for 2 large families, and the view of the river/mountains can't be beat. Love this place!

We had a large group of 22 people and were very pleased with the Lodge. We had part of our group stay at the cabin within walking distance and it worked out great for us!

We thoroughly enjoyed Rio River Retreat for my daughters' wedding! The owners were great, friendly, and responsive! There was plenty of room for everyone and the barn was perfect for the ceremony and reception. I recommend this venue!

This is a wonderful house off the Rio Grande river for retreats, vacations, family reunions, and more. The owners are very hospitable and eager to help. They paid attention to our group and noticed that we had a Kansas connection, which made us feel noticed and welcomed. Thanks so much for the stay!

Family reunion time. Most the time we were at another rental that catered to family reunions better. This rental had corn hole that didn’t have bags with it. Then badminton that had missing poles, pool table with lots of tears and not leveled. Foosball that was missing balls and broken handle that I was able to fix. Broken front

This place was amazing! It was the best space for our group of senior guys to come and experience God in Colorado. We would definitely stay again!
