Absolutely gorgeous home and we enjoyed our time greatly. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to have our first thanksgiving in North Carolina. We will absolutely love to stay again!

Great property. Immaculate.

This unassuming hideaway out front is a spacious beautiful living space inside. With finely curated art, antique cameras, typewriters, rugs, vintage toys, the vibe still stays comfy casual. TVs in the upstairs bedrooms and a big TV in the basement living space reserve the main upstairs living room TV free for just being, alone or with loved ones- taking a nap on the comfy couch, talking, reading, contemplating. For family meals the clean kitchen has plenty of dishes, flatware and glasses, and a dishwasher. Good grocery stores are nearby. The side by side refrigerator freezer dispenses ice and water and there are a coffee maker with both permanent filter and paper filters, and a kettle. I gave my elders the upstairs master suite and 2nd bedroom. Adult daughter took the basement pullout sofa and my husband and I the downstairs bedroom (no tv). A wall of floor to ceiling windows / doors make it feel spacious. There's a little wet bar sink down there! I loved that the upstairs office had a big pet crate. We did not bring our big boy this trip. We had no time to give him the leash walks / runs he needs and I did not have the bandwidth to find a nearby park or dog park. I am so grateful to Kristin the property manager. We actually came to High Point to be near Hospice of the Piedmont. Her assistance made an unexpected, sad stressful trip so much easier.We did slip out one day for retail therapy at a very good antique / vintage / estate shop nearby. Recommend.

The place was really nice and nicely decorated. My main issue really was communication. I wasn't asking for much. A few FYI's I sent I didn't get acknowledged, no biggie I guess. However one was that the instructions said there was a spare key inside, but there was not as the instructions claimed. But the main thing was that we found old mouse droppings in the pantry where we were going to put food. Not even an OMG - so sorry. Then the email said there were checkout instructions on the fridge, there were not. No reply to that either. I waited 3 days and still no reply of any kind from them. No sorry about anything and no thank yous. I would have communicated the little issues privately if they would have communicated. As I said the place is pretty nice in general. Nice deck and besides the mouse droppings, the place was pretty clean. But all I can say was that is was OKAY.

Beautiful artwork, old photography equipment mixed in with a mid century vibe in the best neighborhood in High Point. Wooded backyard made this deck a wonderful place to visit with friends on a beautiful afternoon. Fully equipped home.

House is as pictured and described. Neighborhood is safe and lovely. A few things were not as stated in the instructions. No keys were left on front table as stated so we had to use the lock box the entire time and was just a little difficult to see the numbers to work if. No directions were left p on refrigerator for checkout. Two emails went unanswered from the Management Company as the hot water knob was stripped in the master bath so no hot water in the shower. This was an inconvenience and when I did talk to the rep she didn’t apologize for the inconvenience. Lastly, no instructions for tvs so couldn’t get them to work. I called rep and left a message and never heard back. So minor things but it is a very nice house for market.

We had a beautiful stay here adjacent to Winston-Salem for our daughter’s college graduation from Wake Forest! This home is located near in a private wooded area among gorgeous High Point homes! This rental was not only spacious but very well stocked with extras including coffee and kitchen supplies! The host was easy to reach and friendly! Thank you ?

The Wickliff property is nestled into the trees providing a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. My coworkers and I thoroughly enjoyed staying here. It had a large dining room table that we comfortably fit 5-6 guys around and a nice deck out back for the smokers. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms made it feel like each had their own space. Very nice, would highly recommend.

Great location and neighborhood - well stocked house with many interesting features! We enjoyed our stay and will consider again when visiting the area!

We enjoyed our stay, the house is clean and certainly accommodated our crew. Personally we wish there had been a tV in the living room so we could have watched movies together in the evenings. And the home was a little outdated. But the manager was great about getting things fixed for us and communicating. It’s a great home for older folks for sure!
